About 5 years ago (I think?) I got a brand new 6S and wanted to protect it as much as I could. I found your case drop test video and picked my case that way. In all that time, with all the drops it had, it never cracked. I’m here because I upgraded to a 7 after the battery on my 6s deteriorated after all those years (and it was only 16GB, can’t make that work anymore with 2021 storage sizes 😂).
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for being the guy to make this kind of video happen and truly test these cases so we can make more educated decisions on what to pick. I appreciate it!

Contrary to popular belief, the Apple leather case actually has software in it. When it hits the ground, it's programmed to eject the phone as seen in this video xD
Why does it do that?
Ryan Salad haven't you guys seen Apple's video explaining it? The apple leather case is designed to reduce the speed of the falling phone. By ejecting the device before it is able to absorb any of the shock, it saves the phone from a lot of potential damage. They offer a separate parachute that works along with the case's ejection function

I love your drop test videos. But you do not take into account the weakening of the phone after each successive drop. A more fair comparison for the cases would be to use a fresh Iphone for each case. By the 3rd or 4th drop the phones integrity is already compromised and not fair to discount a case on that basis. Otherwise great entertainment. But the value of these videos would be much higher with fresh iPhones per each case/drop.

Both are basically same except obviously UI and OS, also Google Pixel has longer battery and barely better front camera, oh also better display.
And iPhone 7 has better water resistance.

I love how they still sell a phone that on the front side, still looks basically identical to their smaller flagship model from 2014, the iPhone 6. The improvements become obvious the moment you wake the screen but it's still amazing that 8 years later, you can still get an og iPhone design with all the modern day goodies!
