Cover Sash De-gate & Clip Installation Machine

This automation cell removes Right Hand (RH) and Left Hand (LH) cover sash from a press machine. The parts are removed from the press as one unit with sprue gate connecting the two parts. The automation cell will insert a clip into the LH and RH parts and cut the gates from each side withing 1mm of the part. Both parts are then placed into dedicated totes for each part, one tote for the LH and another for the RH.
