WHEEL HORSE Transmission OIL LEAK Fix (Well, sort of...) 416-8

Those are different sizes of needle brg. cages,,all pressed in or you ruin the brgs.just built 2 tranys this summer,,good videos....

I would spray that area with carb clean and letting it dry. Carb clean will expose cracks in cast iron. Never saw a leak between the bearing and case. They are pretty tight.

THE leak is coming from the needle bearing plug. This can be fixed with a new plug or just clean the area really well and smear epoxy two inches past the leak. YOU are done fella.

Permatex make some specifically for gear oil.
