Earth Defense Force 4.1 The Shadow of New Despair - Easy Inferno Weapon Farming!

Here's an easy way to get some high level weapons fairly early on, you won't need much if you play safe but I would recommend at least 800-1000 armour.
Note that you can't do this method online, the AI won't be able to kill the enemies on their own so you'll have to farm solo.
This method won't work as well for Ranger or Air Raider since they're not as fast as Fencers or Wing Divers.

Thank you for this guide. I've play this mission with a ranger and 244 armor. You can roll side ways, but maybe one drone catches you, but you can also dodge it's attack with the roll. Got a lvl 28 sniper and after the fourth time I got a lvl 52 granade launcher

All I got from doing this was level like, 40 gear, and as low as level 0 gear on inferno mode. Mission 76 gives the same level weapons on just hard mode and in that all you have to deal with is Deroys which have less hp than those stupid walkers.

Sadly, this only gives you weapons until level 40ish on hardest where I tried it, and a lot of lower ones as well. I prefer doing the second level on hardest, which gives me about the same weapon levels, but no lower level weapons. (like level 0~10 weapons) And it's over pretty quickly as well.

It works in Earth Defence Force 2025 too
But you need at least one inferno difficulty gun or weapon

its hard to farming on this area with Air Diver because AD cant do best self defense like Ranger.
