    When soldering ic and pushing down on ic maybe grounding pad pushes some solder out to short other pins. Do you use a thermal camera for diagnosis of short or missing voltage?

      i just use 99% alcohol, diode mode tester, resistance to ground measurement, for short to ground diagnosis

    tanong lang boss ok lang ba magpalit ng ic basta parehas ang code sa first line ? or dapat same lahat ?

      mas ok same.
      minsan kasi nag iiba ang frequency nila, magkakamali ng timing.
      kung ako lang tatanungin mo sir, same na lang para safe ka.

    Yung power controller po ba yung pinalitan nyo? First IC na connected sa mosfet. Nanjan ba yung reg3 at reg5?

      yung mismong regulator IC sir...kasi walang 5V or 3.3V na output

      gawin mo sir, check for short sa mga caps na katabi nya...kung meron 0.5 sa mga caps, ok sya.
      pero kapag both ends ay 0.0, meaning may issue.
      try mo i remove ang regulator IC, then check mo ang caps. kung nagbago ang value ng caps, from 0.0 to 0.5, na pinpoint mo ngayon kung saan ang issue.

      @@clpcrandomrepair thanks po, meron akong shorted resistor. Naka standby yung 3.3v at 5v nya hindi lumilipat sa coil. Siguro dahil sa short. Palit na siguro ng IC. Sure ako yung IC mismo ang shorted.
      Nagshoshort po ba resistor?

      hindi, check schema, king ilan value ng ohms nya. then compare. 5% tolerance reading ok pa. lagpas dun palitan mo na

    The capacitor on nectoken is revirsed polarity so it will leake

      usually, you can find 2.8V , 20V, 24V, 6V around the BQ chip
