That intro of Corey saying “welcome to the year of Slipknot” was so effing sic. That moment genuinely, sent chills down my spine. What i felt was a moment of being in a time machine. So insane…the rawness. The era. 🙌 thanks to all involved on the release of these videos. Seriously

I'm loving going through all these videos, specifically for the performances of Scissors. They were even doing all the fire stuff back then, total ritual performance, what a way to end the show. Corey gets pretty unhinged in many of these older performances.
It's amazing they brought the song back on the current anniversary tour but Corey is barely letting loose in it like he used to.
Scissors is a transcendent psychedelic experience.
