I've added felt to all the chambers on my Yokozuna in .25 and it's better than my Edgun behemoth. The cone baffles work wonders..literally whisper quiet. Hands down best looking suppressor too with the QD design.
@@gboutdoors5198You’ll still hear the action and a tiny report. It depends on what your goals are. If you don’t mind the size, the Emperor with the extender is going to give you the best result. The extended is probably overkill for a .22. I’d get the Emperor, test it, and then get pick up the extender if you aren’t happy with it. The good thing about the Emperor is that you can use it on anything up to .50 so it’ll be future proof.
Although Donny build quality is excellent, price compared to the percentage of attenuation is very poor for high power PCPs. I recently bought Sako Optisup silencer for 69€. With the Sako, the action on my Maverick is louder than the slug leaving the barrel. The slug leaving the barrel measured 62db. If the Donny gets lower attenuation, I'll buy it immediately! Thanks for sharing
From an aesthetic viewpoint, the RYU would offer a nice profile, consistent with, say, the Avenge X style shrouded barrel. However, as of this comment (mid-Jan 2024), I have seen zero decibel tests on the RYU on YT. Everyone is testing the Yoko. So, that makes me wonder if the small can volume of the RYU might fall critically short in terms of its ability to strip off the air sound, even in .22 cal?
I don’t think so , I don’t have the budget for it right now 😉 the Yokozuna will always have the same size diameter, if you want smaller one then the have the Ryu 😉 same concept, same design just smaller volumes
Hey my friend my Edgun R3M is in 25 caliber can you please tell me what size I would have to buy for the screw on quick connect adaptor I would need for it from Donny so I can purchase that Yukazuma moderator please.
Yes and now , the QD is differently made so no copy there . Also the behemoth ( great moderator) has some Kevlar felt inside as this one is empty and still works excellent
Think that the Donny stuff is very very expensive for what they are. There are better options from different manufacturers for a hell of a lot less money.
I agree to an extent. I'm underwhelmed by the yokozuna in .35 cal. But I did use it on a .22 which probably effects the effectiveness of suppressing sound. I'm an impulse air moderator fan myself.
@@brianb5505 the baffles isn’t brand specific, many have done this before even both of them did . Each have there own design and filosofie. We can be happy as customers to have a wide selection to choose from 😉
@Airbuks to be honest,I was thinking about getting a panthera, I just really like the look of the m3.they are so versatile. But yes Mr airbus I think you're right ✅️ 😉 👍
Why do you think the larger one come with that additional empty chamber but not the smaller one? Did you have testing with and without that chamber on there? Thanks
I think the extra chamber in the Yokozuna is especially for the larger calibers as they at high power as it has to dissipate more air . With airgun moderators volume is key for best moderation
@Airbuks your channel, and sub12 airgunners are the best airgun channel on TH-cam, the dogs nuts, you just make the information easy to understand, outstanding!
Donny is not overpriced...show me a quieter cheaper option with quick disconnect on it...not gonna find ...or a tanto is only 100.00 and its only 4 decibles louder than a big huge mod...haters gonna hate
Not quite , the design is different . Both have a different approach to the baffle design . I have seen the Impulse air at RMAC and looks very interesting aswel 👍
I have the ryu and i love it
So quiet and also added a bit of range to my air gun
Getting better at getting squirrels

That's the best-looking moderator on the market. I've seen these moderators in action and that's why I purchased one. Great instructional video.

Interesting, still need to do the testing coming up soon on the channel 😉
@@Airbuks Looking forward to your tests. There's an excellent decibel meter spp on Android if you don't have a decibel meter yet.
Please do the tests soon. Very interesting
@@Airbukshello good day dear. Sorry you busy. I used fx maverick sniper .22 cal 700 mm barrel. You think ryu or sumo very good accuracy(groupman?
Yokozuna is perfect for the long-ass Panthera, easy off/on for safe or carry case IMO.
👍👊

Will you do a review on the huben gk1 pistol? If so, does the Yokozuna have small diameter in 25 cal that will be streamline for that pistol?

How do you feel this moderator compared to the behemoth? As rigid fixed on the barrel as the behemoth? How quiet?
Connection rigidity is the same or even tighter , I haven’t compared it to the behemoth as I sold it together with the L2 🥴
The spinning in the beginning made me feel sick great start !
So does the .22 do .177 too ?
no use of felt or any kind of material inside lining`?
Nope just some special shaped baffle sections, very user friendly in maintenance 😉
How do I attach my Benjamin Marauder Prod (pistol) with the Yokozuna? Specifics please adapters etc. Thank you!
Is it good for air stripping / muzzle break effects?
Due to the baffling system I assume yes
Realy nice Video! Thanks!!!
Thanks 🙏
Does adding 2 more baffles to a ryu 25 make it quieter ? Thx

Good and good looking silencers/ moderators/ suppressors whatever you want to call them but plenty others just as good less money.
Did you ever test out that ryu?
Hi friend, can I put Yokozuna into my Edgun leshiy 2 25 Cal.?
Not sure if they make a QD adapter in M14 . I am pretty sure he will do if it doesn’t exist yet
EAGLE VISION · 1/2 UNF BARREL ADAPTOR (VCB-2) FOR LESHIY 2

Nice pieces!!! Quite similar to Behemoth though
Yes and now , the QD is differently made so no copy there . Also the behemoth ( great moderator) has some Kevlar felt inside as this one is empty and still works excellent
Is this suits Edgun Leshiy2?
Suitable for using Adafter Eaglevision 1/2UNF Leshiy 2 or Vulcan 2 with larger outer diameter

Impulse Air is awesome and they had the individual baffle design before Donny. You can add or take away as many as you like and pick different colors.
