Mine injury is described at 9:19 and it was absolutely impossible to get diagnosis in Finland! I spend a lot of time looking into problem and possible cures myself. You are one of the rarest finds that could bring a light on this issue and help me. Thank you a lot for your videos! I am 5 months in a gradual recovery, and hoping to get rid of this problem completely, hopefully soon.

I’ve had Achilles pain for a long time. I always burn holes in the heel area of my socks and where I rest my feet on the carpet in my cars.
I recently played basketball and hear something pop in my calf but I can still flex my feet. My calf was just tight for a few days. I don’t know what’s wrong with it… this video gave me a few ideas. Thank you!

Great information . I think I have bursitis around the heel, caused from new tennis shoes. It has been a week of pain in my heel but has been building. Will get different shoes.

Hey, so I haven't had money to get a session with you guys, but my foot bursitis calmed down. Thanks for your video. I have one other question if once I start increasing load exercises, can it go away permanently. I'm still scared to do anything right now besides basic mobility training so it doesn't get stiff. There aren't enough videos, and the paper reviewed paper I tried to read costs 20-40$. Thank you again. Im just discouraged if I will be ever able to do high impact things again even if I get the muscles and tendons around my foot stronger. I will soon be seeing a sports physical therapist soon just got my insurance card.

Your rehab will slowly help you restore your foot and bursa's capacity to do your exercise and training - as long as you slowly ease into things, it will be OK. Also, try to identify why it happened in the first place, so you can avoid making the same mistakes in future.

Hello I went to my foot doctor and he took x-rays he said I had access tissue that was irritated achilles tendonitis.
I went back to my doctor because I was in excruciating pain where I have a hard walking sitting, laying down, and raising it. He put me in a half calf boot. I use ibuprofen & biofreeze to help with the pain. Do you have any suggestions that will help me with the pain especially when I get up in the morning to go to the restroom I barely can stand.

Wearing shoes with a slight heel or heel lift inserts (so avoid walking barefoot) can make a very big difference: th-cam.com/video/crzrN0KseWg/w-d-xo.html

If it is referred pain from the lower back, would that normally be pain in BOTH heels? Or can it be one heel? (The stinging tingling odd sensations made me wonder if this is what I am experiencing). Last time I saw a physio she thought it was from peroneal tendon but I was not having any symptoms on the day of appointment (typical!) So she was relying on my description of the memory of the pain…

My heel suddenly hurts for no reason. Let me explain.. I walk toward as normal. I feel the pain when I lift my foot to take another step forward as I lift my heel. I especially feel it when I walk down the stair. Any idea what happened?
