These apartments range from as low as 1350 CAD to as high as 1700 CAD per month

It would help to know what area of the city you are looking in. I live in Calgary and can't say that these grabbed me too much. I'd check out Aura and Arch towers or Signature Properties
In Canada 🇨🇦 traditionally, a condominium is a property you own and an apartment is one you rent.

Thats false... I live in Canada (Edmonton...2 hours from Calgary) and before I bought my house I was renting a condo.

A bedroom with no window? That is illegal - there must be a window in every sleeping area (egress).

They are all nice but i prefer the 3rd apartment but would have loved it more if it came with the office space.

6th is my favorite but if I’m let with no option I will go for 4th
I love the decor of the 6th but prefer the structure of the 4th
I liked #3 and #6 the best. I loved the layout of #3 with the pantry and laundry area etc.

I like the fourth one. I feel they’re all too small but then again , you’re a family of just 2 at the moment . By the time you move in your suitcases and put your clothes in , the place will be full.

You found some cute places. I ended up going with the 2bed 2 bath that the second room connected 😂 It’s been great so far and I got here in November. Welcome to Calgary, I hope you’re loving it here so far. Minus the deep freeze we are currently going through.

I like the 3rd condo but our budget is for 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom only. Actually, I'm looking for an apartment and basement.

I dont know, they're very basic and expensive for what you get. I'd say get a townhouse for that price. My boyfriend and I found a when house in the nw area for 1400. You can do so much more with the place than with a condo

@@NYKENDUKWE and the vacancy rate is so low, you'll have to fight for shoe box, which will cost you 1600-2000 depends on the area.
I’m relocating from Toronto to Calgary in a few months and this was very helpful. - Now I gotta find where these were located. Lol some look familiar.

I actually lived in the 4th condo!!!! I moved out a year ago, but it was great! The building is nice and everything is new :)
And in the laundry room we put a microwave on a stand to keep in off the counter tops

Be warned not all condo managers are not all good, always video to protect ur self.. If he didn’t sell, that’s BS.. they r using that excuse to get more money..

Yhh I love how spacious the sitting room looks and how easy it is to access the guest toilet from the second room. But the no pantry is the annoying part 😩.

The 4th, 6th and 7th apartments for me. Please, always consider space, at first they always look nice with the space until you start living and you will realize the space is so suffocating. Also, No to rooms, toilets without windows,(i get why).
