This is in a community called Highland Park. The nameof the building is Stonecroft. Not sure if there are still any units available for rent, you can check rentfaster.ca

Sorry for the late reply! Actually in Calgary at least, agents don't really do rentals, only house sales..so you'll have to do your own research... Took us a couple of months to find this place

Rentfaster.ca is a great place to search for apartments for rent. Generally right now average rental for a 1 bedroom is around 1.7k. It would be cheaper the further out you go from downtown.

Thanks for watching! I assume you're referring to the university of Calgary Downtown Campus? If so, it's a 30min bus ride with regular traffic... Might be more with peak period traffic.
And you're right regarding rental.... It sucks now cos it's been on the rise for the lady 2yrs...and so far there's no signs of it dropping... If you're looking for a 1bedroom apartment there are actually some downtown apartments that are decently priced!

Wow! Such a great space!! 😮How did you search for your house? Are there still available spaces there, i’m moving to Calgary and i’ve been having a hard time finding somewhere for my family.
Thank you for watching! We got this apartment in October 2022, and yes... Right now mid 2023 it's a little harder to find good places to rent.. Prices seem to be higher as well... We use renfaster.ca most of the time... The user interface is the easiest to navigate through in my(James) opinion at least 😊
