RTS4018 they get most of there leaser units from GMTX rail company, they let railroads lease the locomotives for a period of time, from what I know of, there have been lots of leasers coming from Connecticut.

RTS4018 about like 16 at first. Then the leases came in. We have about 20-21 engines.
The 402 is not an SD they have 6 axles GPs have 4 axles like in the video GP 38-2
