The only thing I don't like about the Pavo, is that the battery is on the bottom, this is why I'd choose the Gofilm 20 through Caddx than the Pavo system. Plus DJI is like iPhones, and I don't like iPhones!
My guess is that it is a logical choice to belly mount the lipo while the O3 is on the top; so that CG is balance. Another advantage is prop clearence is better especially taking off on rough surfaces. It's also very easy to swap and share the O3 with my other quads. On the other hand, I have been an adroid user for over a decade so I feel you! We pilots always welcome more competition and I think Walksnail Moonlight is a good rival.
When the top holes are used, I can still get no prop view at zero tilt angle after Gyroflow post processing. A little bit of the ducts can be seen in goggles when flying with no tilt.
That is a good idea, adding a few grams shouldn't affect flight performance when the quad grows to this size. On the other hand, ELRS antenna position may also be a limiting factor.
Mine measured at around 560mm. Please use my affiliate link to support my channel, thanks! shorturl.at/0ujVZ BTW the LED strip is included if you get the whole quad, unless you are looking to get the frame separately.
@@blalaze the Pavo20 Pro is a larger and more powerful quad than the original - it is more than capable to carry the stock antenna, which it offers better performance while sitting higher and further away from the fuselage.
@@RTSLV They are very different machines designed for different uses. The Neo is very versatile that you could even use it with your phone, while it is also very underpowered for aerobatic. For those who already have the G3 Goggles and RC3 remote, Neo may appeal to them as an affordable addition.
This will run circles around the neo in every aspect of performance and video quality. But it is a manual control drone it won't self hover with GPS or be able to follow. Most importantly, it is a true FPV drone. It does not come ready to fly with a remote, batteries, charger or a video system. You need to have basic FPV knowledge to get this thing bound to a remote and up in the air. You also need to get up to speed on safe charging, handling and storage of Lithium Polymer batteries.
@@duytruong5002 technically you can. You will need to some how secure the analog vtx in the vtx cage with the included 20x20mm adapter. I am curious to know why you would want to use analog with the Pavo20 Pro?

great review, one question though are the ducts in view in low camera tilt regardless of the camera mounting hole that you use?
When the top holes are used, I can still get no prop view at zero tilt angle after Gyroflow post processing. A little bit of the ducts can be seen in goggles when flying with no tilt.
@@flyingpudding so ducts will be always in view regardless of the camera hole mount you use? I mean in view in the goggles not the final video
@@carlosfuhrer Yes, you would get tiny bit of ducts view at zero tilt while using the top holes.

What size LED Strip should be ordered for the Pavo20 Pro? The BetaFPV site has 560mm and 750mm varients.

Why did you decide to keep the stock antenna instead of using the tiny one that most others swap to?

Which will better this or DJI neno and which will be more cheaper build or buy
