@@nicooty No not a bad question at all! But yes, the office did provide all the peripherals, but of course, you can take your own keyboard/mouse if you like, and other small things.

The office is AMAZING! If I had a job there, I’d probably stay in it 24/7 lol.

But frankly, I didn't know I wanted to become a SWE. I know several people whose parents were developers so they became developers, but it wasn't like that for me It just happened because I love using tech. It's been a challenging but very rewarding field!

I am still a high school student with a love for the 1s and the 0s and I am trying to get a job as a full stack dev in the future in an office like that. I honestly haven't met anyone Russian in the companies I've worked for (but that's a small sample size). Though I have read many posts of people coming to the US for work, so it's not impossible. Larger companies (FAANG) are more likely to provide VISA sponsorship for skilled workers. Sorry, can't give you a direct answer... best of luck in Uni studies! 🤞

Damn I wish I could go to work for a United States company and live there, the problem is how hard it is to meet all the requirements when you´re not from USA, but I wont stop until I make it, right now im focused on getting experience as a software developer on my country and then moving on as I progress until I land a job in USA. I have a visa and a good english and your videos inspire me even more!

That's a nice setup! I used to work next door at the JPMC tower but now work from home full time. My last work laptop was not portable but I now have a portable work laptop so I might go hang out downtown in Day 6 coffee sometime soon.
