Looking at the variety of system presentations including anxious and/or depressed. Keeping the client focused and exploring parts holding catastrophic expectations and vigilant protectors are discussed. The helpful role of the depressing protector is explored as is the release of a depressed or anxious "field" that may have been absorbed from the family of origin.

Really helpful. A very compassionate and holistic way to work with anxiety and depression, where full respect and understanding can be fostered. Such a change from the usual battle mode!

to add. I must say, I am jealous this skill set is so new, collective could have used this decades ago.

Omg this is so mind, heart and souls opening! I'm doing IFS therapy with a trauma specialist for CPTSD and IFS is helping so much 🙏

Inconsistent parenting can really lead to a 'hope allergy'. I can see that clearly now. Excellent talk.

So great to feel the heart center of connection between interviewer and interviewee. Clearly she is comfortable and feels witnessed, and supported. Encouraging for the field to be sure. I wonder if the interviewer knows first hand about DID from personal experience. He is very good regardless. Courageous, and so little ego present.

Thank you very much this was very good. I wonder if you have already in another video or I’ll just make a suggestion of covering the topic of suicidality more extensively. 🙏
