I remember that legendary 2011 race . that guy and his bike got detached and went airborne . was amazing how he kept his feet under him and air walking and touched down on the downward sloped grassy hill & rolled but ended up face down . after a minute or so he got back into the race
8:45 i dont think it was another mistake he turned out of the burn rode across the ruts making his own faster line straightening out the track setting himself up better for the next turn -everyone always rides the established lines which get rutted and take you out of shortening the track everyone knows the rule never follow yet most always follow the line
