Hi Philip, for windows os this is a plug and play card, im not really sure with linux machines, but i believe you need to install a specific driver for your gpu..
I have the exact same unit I found on facebook marketplace, was surprised with the specs for the price. I'm wondering if there are any upgrades I can do other than the ones you have provided in both of your videos. It's struggling to run Android Studio and the latest games like Valorant without any upgrades. I'm planning to buy 2 8GB sticks of RAM from kingston or should I buy 2 16GB sticks instead. I'm new to these things so your feedback would be very helpful. Thanks!

16Gig (2x8 Gigs) would do just fine for games, but you mentioned android studio not sure if that app require more RAM.. but for me i would just get 1 single 16Gig ram, so in the future if i need more, i can just buy another 16Gig and add it..
for the upgrades, Im not sure if you are here in the Philippines, but the quadro card is available on PCworx the last time i check..
@@JKChavez Ah yes, Android Studio does require 16 GBs of RAM minimum so it was struggling. Are there any other graphic cards I can put in my system other than the one you mentioned? I'm pretty new at this

@@whyjaspher9737 yes another option would be the nvidia 1030, but i believe the p620 is better.
there is a more powerful card like the nvidia t1000 but it is much expensive and for me, i dont think it will be ideal to buy the t1000 at SRP just to use this HP SFF computer.
@@JKChavez oh cool, you benchmarked on games all with high graphics correct? so I assume that if I put it on low the games you benchmarked with will achieve higher fps, I'll try to purchase what you have suggested thank you!

That is weird, can you try to install the nvidia driver first? or plug the hdmi/vga cable on the built in port to check if the unit completes boot up
I5 4570 and quadro p620 would I be able to run gta v and fortnite smoothly?
unfortunately hindi po kakayanin ni p620, i would suggest get ka na lang ng gtx 1660 or rx580, assuming na hindi sff pc gamit mo..

It may be better than using iGPU but its not worth the money or the cost when u can get yourself better gaming GPU like The Radeon rx6400 lowprofile or the A2000 that will give you better fps compared to that quadro GPU
Yes definitely, totally agree with that a2000, but it is so much expensive, and the prodesk i have wont be able to power that a2000 or will crash a lot for its 70 watts max wattage.. My 1st option would be the t1000 for its max power is 50 watts.. But still too expensive even for a second-hand..
6400 is 3x the price of P620 brandnew. And hard to find in used market.
This gpu is A LOT more powerful than a gt 1030 and it somehow performs worse on your benchmarks.
Maybe you are not using the adequate drivers. Thus, resulting on these horrible frames. I'm sorry Kuya JK but I am 100% certain that these benchmarks are inaccurate.
Hi Lawrence, thanks thanks po for the feedback, chineck ko po ulit, using it as my daughters online schooling and latest available nvidia driver po gamit ko.. will test different scenario din kung mag improve pa.. :)
