Titan Quest Ragnarok - Legendary Thunderer Gameplay (Rune/Storm) - xmax

This is a shotgun build dual wielding throwing weapons. It currently doesn't have the Rune Weapon skill because I didn't feel it to be necessary. Also since I can only map two abilities to a mouse button (ice shard, thunderstrike), I didn't have room for it. I may rework this build differently in the future though.

How do you use dual wielding without warfare mastery? didnt see anything on gear for that
