Medicine तो जितनी जल्दी छोडो उत्ना अच्छा हे क्योंकि medicine से side effects होते है।
जैसे मैने anxiety के लिए clonaz 3 tablet लिए थे और मेरे उँगलिया काप्ती है ।
ये doctor ने भी confirm किया है कि medicine का ही side effects हे।

I was doing fine since a month. Then suddenly today I got heart palpitations and dry mouth and felt jaise sab pehle jaisa ho raha hai issue. How to get out of it?
this is called setback in anxiety and that is part of recovery. Start writing positive things in a diary everyday. Write I am calm, I am relaxed and this is just anxiety and it will go away soon. I will be 100% normal. I am totally healthy. Write all the thoughts which giving you stress and dispute them in a positive way. Also practice deep breathing, sun exposure and do some light exercise everyday. Recovery takes time. Believe in yourself, you can overcome this.
