सर आपने सेकंड जो बोला वैसे मैं करती हूं पर मेरे साथ ऐसा होता है कि जैसे मेरे दिमाग में कोई ख्याल आया या फिर कुछ सो गई या या फिर उसे ख्याल के बारे में कुछ सो गई जो नहीं सोचना सोचना चाहती हूं और फिर भी बार बार उसी के बारे में सोच रहीहूं तुझे वह बात किसी के बोलने से या किसी की आवाज सुनने से छूट जाती है या किसी किसी के बोलने से छूट जाती है aur main use baat Ko bhul jaati hun तो बार बार इस बात की तरफ ध्यान जाएगा कि मैं इससे पहले क्या सोचरही थी या फिर क्या सोच रही थी इसी बारे में सोचती रहती हूं और बार बार दिमाग में यही बात चलती रहती है कि मैं क्या सोच रही थी क्या सोच रही थी और अगर उसके बारे में कुछ सोचती हूं तो फिर इसी बात के बारे में कुछ और ख्याल आ जाता है फिर उसके बारे में सोचने लग जाती हूं ऐसे ही बातें जुड़ती रहती हैं और ख्याल आ जाता है तब एकदम सेघबरा जाती हूं कि मैं क्या सो गई क्या आ गया था दिमाग में और ऐसे करके बात दिमाग से निकलती नहींहै और और जब तक बात दोबारा दिमाग में नहीं आ जाती है तब तक बेचैनी सी लगी रहती है कि मैं क्या सोच लिया क्या गया था क्यों सोच लिया
