You can get hard rubber or urathane wheels made for the weight. They would roll easier.
I’d recommend a stop on the backside to keep the handle from dropping too close to the ground. You could end up over extending and getting it wedged under your floor

Some people know the limitations of a device and take a calculated risk. You have to have a exit strategy. I've dodged flying I-beams that were shaped like triangles, car springs, rings from split rims. Cigarettes killed me once but my cardiologist brought me back. A inanimate object made of paper and plant leaves killed me but steel was too slow.
These jacks been out for awhile. I use these jacks to move printing machinery at my work place.

La idea está buena pero yo le pusiera la parte que encaja en el Zócalo del vehículo con un rodamiento asea que tenga un movimiento de unos 45 grados ,así se hace más fácil levantarlo y no le haría daño a la carrocería.

While I have some weight behind me (210 and bench in the 400's) not everyone would have the strength to lift a heavier SUV or truck like that... you even struggled some.

Человек не только творчиский. Но еще и фокусник. Особенно когда в кадре вдруг появляется подпорка. Задумка интерестная но вы забыли с зади колес под тачку подкладывать рейку что бы тачка не пролетела под низ и упор откидывающися под ручку что бы поставить на него. А то без друго го человека не обойтись. Неустойчив подемник. И еще надо косынку приварить между ручкой и опорой.

I recommend welding two legs toward the ground off the tubing as a stop in case someone lets go. that would result in a broken window or heavily dented side.

Never before seen, I have one that I purchased about 4 years ago off a customer that used to come into my workshop, he used to make them himself...not to mention they have solid casters, are height adjustable and have a removable handle so when the vehicle is raised it can be removed..
Ну и для чего это? Ставить хоть ЭТО... или что то под пороги, а не на поддомкратник это верх идиотизма, даже у 5 летней машины могут быть проржавевшие пороги которых снаружи и не заметишь. Разок поднял и езжай на сто. Обычный сто-шный домкрат поднимет за такое же время и на высоту в пол метра. Единственное применение какое я вижу с этой МЕГА приблудой это воровать колеса по ночам.

Даже у новой эти ребрышки вполне мнутся. =) Оттого и есть у машин ближе к колесам специальные места под домкраты.
Он не под пороги ставил. Там идет рейка, на которую нужно опирать любой домкрат. Даже на подъемнике на СТО будут поднимать, опираясь на эту же рейку. Приблуда эта, скорее, для своего дома/гаража, чтобы колеса менять самому с лета на зиму и обратно.

Ярославль, шиномонтаж на Филино, такая штука с 1995 года есть. Только площадка шире, сверху кусок твёрдой резины и площадка на шарнире. Ставишь посередине и поднимаешь всю машину. Ручку длинную кладешь на асфальт. Очень удобно
Да, у вас более продуманная приспособа, так как у вас ограничителей выступает сама ручка и асфальт, чтобы не опрокинуть машину и не передать. На этом видео акробат-экстремал, чуть не рассчитаешь силу и колесики проскачут вперед

All that weight on one small footprint not on the jacking point? Goodbye sills.
The footprint is probably 6 inches of sill length which is triple of any jack so it's quite spread out. It's not going to damage the sill unless it's rusted out.
@@GrimReaper-ly8zk .. it's not a six inch footprint when it's on the axle stand on its own holding it up both wheels off the ground and not on the jacking point. It should have 2 stands. One at the front and one at the back.

The jack is lifting the vehicle on a six inch long piece of angle so it is going to have to bend a six inch long section of sill, mines nine inches and never bends.

ну еще есть куда двигаться...в плане доработок:
1) площадка под порог делается на шарнире ограниченного хода
2) рычаг-ручка делается длиннее, а чтобы до нее дотянуться - с изгибом, усиленным косынкой +
можно утяжелить съемным противовесом (легче будет поднимать машину)
3) делать не большую подпорку на рычаге, для того, чтобы не мучаться с подставками,
т.е. опустив ручку почти до земли, колеса не много "уезжают" под машину и ручка опирается на
подпорку, площадка на шарнире под порог упирается в ограничитель и не дает машине соскочить, надобность в дополнительной подставке отпадает или только для подстраховки, плавающая площадка с деревянным бруском бережет ваш порог, ну а для того, чтобы опустить машину с такого домкрата - снимаем утяжелитель и приседаем как штангист....)))
сей девайс имеет право на жизнь...
)))) их кормить нужно))) тогда уж в магазин за нормальным домкратом или на шиномонтаж...)))

I've read so many comments referencing the need for body weight and/or muscles in order for this "Insta-Jack" to be utilized. Is everyone unfamiliar with the principles of LEVERAGE?
Given a lever of the right length with its fulcrum placed correctly, the need for either excessive weight and/or body strength is minimized such that anyone could lift pretty much anything...within reason.
That's assuming the lever, fulcrum & the surface they're resting on are made of appropriately robust materials, as well as the point of lever placement on the intended object being strong enough to support the percentage of the weight of the lifted object as well.

Тема стара как мир, вспомним Архимеда сего точкой опоры. Решение интересное, тем, что опора и рычаг совмещены. Было бы лучше, если автор придумал к своему приспособлению фиксатор или тормоз, так как судя по видео, установка подпорки и удерживание рычага одновременно не удобно.
