It's normal for DA Leader to be Deputy, but given he is only matric, can make him Minister in Presidency with delegated duties. The DA demands in numbers are normal in Coalition worldwide. The EFF would have demanded 20%. Will where there is just ANC/EFF plus say PAC & UDM or any other 2 one MP Member to get them over 50%. The DA unlikely to settle for less than 30%.
