I stumbled upon Volbeat a couple of years back and was like, oh my god, absolutely phenomenal band with with an epic lead singer. They are huge in Europe especially with guests like Johan. Maybe America will one day wake up and realize how incredibly awesome and tight they are.

Well, i usually avoid BIG concerts like this. Mainly because its NOT fun to watch the band far away, and usually the bands cant ensure good sound at a place like this. BUT, wow did Volbeat deliver the goods that night. YES they did. The sounds was incredible, the tracks, the guest artists, and the people I was with, made this the best concert experience ever. The day/night was awesome.
Saw them with A7X and Metallica the open air baseball stadium in Detroit last year, Volbeat by far had the best sound and, in my opinion, was the best of the three bands that night. Great band. Can't wait to see them again!!!
I've heard that the sound in parken is notoriously bad due the fact that it was designed as a sports stadium not a concert stadium, was it not noticable?

I saw volbeat for the first time in Atlanta when they opened for Metallica and man I was so blown away from their energy and act on stage. I was expecting avenged sevenfold to be better but beat blew them out the water to be honest. They interact with the crowd and looks like they’re having fun. A7x wasn’t bad or anything st all but it looks like they were just easily playing through their songs and not reallly trying their best to perform which I can’t blame them since they had a long tour. Volbeat gained a fan that day
Jüdäs right! It wasn’t that they didn’t sound good but just lacked the stage show but it was great regardless. I think I was so shocked by volbeat was because I never even watched a live show from them on TH-cam so I didn’t know what to expect. As opposed to watching almost every live Metallica show on TH-cam lol.
I would love to see Volbeat live someday. I grew up in the 80s. The era of the "hairbands" so I've seen Metallica on their And Justice For All tour. They definitely rank in the top 3 of great shows I've seen but to see Volbeat would be a dream come true. 🎵🎶🎹🎸🎧❤

Well, i usually avoid BIG concerts like this. Mainly because its NOT fun to watch the band far away, and usually the bands cant ensure good sound at a place like this. BUT, wow did Volbeat deliver the goods that night. YES they did. The sounds was incredible, the tracks, the guest artists, and the people I was with, made this the best concert experience ever. The day/night was awesome.
Saw them with A7X and Metallica the open air baseball stadium in Detroit last year, Volbeat by far had the best sound and, in my opinion, was the best of the three bands that night. Great band. Can't wait to see them again!!!

I've heard that the sound in parken is notoriously bad due the fact that it was designed as a sports stadium not a concert stadium, was it not noticable?
Its fucking sad when the guy who is supposed to do good job and make good voice, fucked up everything like on Slipknot concert. They should be more careful and choose good people on that other stuff too

I was there! You can't imagine the ambiance, pure joy and one of the ( hands down) best live-acts on the planet (have seen them three times)! This evening was magical.. all the gueststars and musicians.. soar throath a couple of days after.. a bit half deaf 🤣 music must be enjoyed without earplugs..

I saw volbeat for the first time in Atlanta when they opened for Metallica and man I was so blown away from their energy and act on stage. I was expecting avenged sevenfold to be better but beat blew them out the water to be honest. They interact with the crowd and looks like they’re having fun. A7x wasn’t bad or anything st all but it looks like they were just easily playing through their songs and not reallly trying their best to perform which I can’t blame them since they had a long tour. Volbeat gained a fan that day

Jüdäs right! It wasn’t that they didn’t sound good but just lacked the stage show but it was great regardless. I think I was so shocked by volbeat was because I never even watched a live show from them on TH-cam so I didn’t know what to expect. As opposed to watching almost every live Metallica show on TH-cam lol.
I would love to see Volbeat live someday. I grew up in the 80s. The era of the "hairbands" so I've seen Metallica on their And Justice For All tour. They definitely rank in the top 3 of great shows I've seen but to see Volbeat would be a dream come true. 🎵🎶🎹🎸🎧❤
