WTH!!! I was looking for an explanation of some kind as to what happened to you,so what's the story Capt.you owe us an explanation please.I was sincerely concerned!!
Joe Thanks. I really appreciate your concern and I do owe you and others an apology for not making it clear that I was posting periodic updates on Instagram. TH-cam doesn't make it easy to do this. I've been busy and there have been changes at work and in my personal life that have taken up time. The changes in my life are nothing more than a time consuming inconvenience and will work out. I can still make videos and I'm making time to do that now but, not all of the flights are appropriate for this. Some of these flights are to medical centers and I don't make videos on any of these flights. Sadly, unless there's divine intervention on the scale of a miracle that won't end well. There are other flights I can't make videos on also. These are for much less serious reasons such as business considerations but, those restraints are only temporary. At a point in the future I'll be able to speak more on this.
@@captmoonbeam Well the best thing is you're back, and I completely understand how it is on making videos in the job you have. The FAA regulations along with the companies rules supersede all others.I just was thinking that something unexpected had happened and you weren't able to let us know. Thanks and take care.
@@captmoonbeam It's great to see you back. I hope all the changes are positive, especially the personal life ones, which are the most important. Happy Thanksgiving!
There's something special about getting home; arriving safely. It can be good to travel, a little bit of anticipation, a kind of adventure with new (or familiar) sights, sounds, but when it's over there's no place like home.
Jim, thanks for your great content. Up early this morning watching a heavy overhead on approach to O’Hare. I learned to fly at VNY and got my other ratings in the LA area. I miss the front office since I lost my medical in 2000. Thanks again Captain!
Thanks Steveo. I'm actually down in Miami Executive this morning getting ready to fly back to St. Louis, doing a turn and back to Miami. Do you ever get up to the Midwest?
Jim’s BACK!!!!!! My family is so happy! The kids love your videos and as a pilot, so do I! Thanks for working so hard for our enjoyment! Great to have you back!
Jim, great to see you back! Great view of the storms over Florida. David Cutter music goes great with aviation videos! Hope you are able to keep the videos coming. Best Regards!
Another excellent video Capt , and great to see you back at the helm. Your Army of fans have missed you here, and it feels like a homecoming to have you back in the fold. Greetings from Ireland.
Great video Captain Moonbeam! the runway at Ocean Reef Club was flooded bad! Glad that cleared up for you before leaving, they should fix that flooding problem by regrading.
Missed you. Thought it was something stooopid I did w/yt. So glad you are back. Your posts always leave me smiling. Continue having fun and always remain safe.
You caught me. I had to finish up the video within a few minutes of leaving for a 5 day trip. I had to decide whether to post it as is or wait a week. I was committed to showing up.
What a great surprise when you popped up in my notifications! Glad you are back and thanks for a great flight and the best Holiday wishes for you and your family.
Great video Jim! Your editing is great. As a corporate and contract guy myself, I can totally relate to the song and dance of a busy weekend flying multiple types. Keeps you on your toes and never a dull moment! You're just the type of pilot I really enjoy flying with. Flying is so enjoyable especially when you are able to share the cockpit with an upbeat professional. Enjoy seeing your positive attitude in a dynamic environment, I try to do the same :)
Jim, love the videos. How about a "Tech Tip Tuesday" like Corporate Pilot Life used to do? You would be great since you have access to a few different airplanes.
Hey Jim, glad to see you back posting some vlogs. You have been missed sorely. I guess you needed a rest from all the posting of videos. glad to have you back. Safe flying my friend.
When I was growing up always wanted to be a pilot. With the passage of time and being unable to fulfill my dream , I started watching You Tube. I have thought about what type of pilot I would have preferred. Your job is pretty hectic at times but for the most part predictable. You are always flying to different destinations where as Airline Pilots fly the same route the majority of the time. If I was able to live my life over and become a Commercial Pilot, I would be very happy in the R/S next to you handling the radios and being able to do some flying! It's not about how much you make but how happy you are in your career!
Thanks James. There's a lot of truth to that last part. Before I was a pilot I was the manager of a store and my store was the highest profit store out 360 stores. I hated it and ran away to be a pilot. I watch flying videos also.
Wow! Busy couple of days! Welcome back! Won't bellyache so much about having to run through 3 concourses to get between a couple of United flights in 40 minutes.
Hey, I just wanted to say that I love watching your videos. I'm a student at Parks College at SLU, and love to watch your content. Keep it up, and keep 'em flying! I hope you have a great day.
Keep us updated on Jose's progress. That would be an inspiring side story; working on advancing his pilot's license, getting his A&P and still working on side jobs to make it all happen.
Jim, it is good see a video from you. It must have been a hot and very busy summer for you at work we have not heard from you for a long time. You have been missed.

Great to see you back! What a trip that was, excellent as always.

Love your added crew coordination
Thanks Bill.
Just snowed 7" downtown STL today. That heat and those green leaves look great right about now.
We went back for a quick turn Friday then back out to Florida. Totally missed the snow.
There's something special about getting home; arriving safely. It can be good to travel, a little bit of anticipation, a kind of adventure with new (or familiar) sights, sounds, but when it's over there's no place like home.
Great to have you back. As a non-pilot, I get a nix "fix" for my love of flying by listening to your videos. Many thanks.
Thanks George. I'm happy to be back.
It's guys like this that are a big part of why I love flying.
Thanks Toby.
Welcome back. 5:22 - 5:37 : wooooooooow, such a nice scene.
