    I have an awesome video for you...Because I'm going to take you through 4 of the BEST exercises you can do at home...To build BIG biceps. You don't need fancy equipment, or bands, or barbells... whatever pair of dumbbells you have at home will likely work great...

      You mention training body parts twice a week, could you give me an example of Chest/Back/ Bi/Tri .Shoulders / Leg twice a week weekly routine?

    Do those Exercise’s for the Biceps most of the time. I do throw in strict Barbell curls as well. Thanks Gary, your technique is perfect. Appreciate your videos!!

    I'm just getting started. 63 years old. Not in terrible shape. I'm trying to decide which adjustable dumbbell set to buy. Ativafit (72lbs) and the Core (50lbs). Do you think I will end up needing the extra 20 lbs. I really like your videos. They are definitely inspiring me.

    Well Caroline's work out she does biceps and it's 20 different workouts and I ain't got time to do no two-day rest I want one day rest . You guys talking about the diamond push-ups as well in a diamond push-ups is garbage there's an alternate version to that and it's way more effective

    Just came across this channel and found it very interesting. Here is a (mid 40's) guy showing a great physique with some good exercises. Just want to know as to how long he's been on steroids and if he has made an honest video explaining what cycle works best for him. Yes, it's that obvious. I should know as I too am on a cycle and have been for 8 yrs.
