We didn:t have BTZ promotion boards, I was at the beginning of WAPS probations. Joined in 68 and promoted to Sgt (E4 was a Sgt starting in 68). I did go to a lot of Airman of the month, Quarter, Year and Instructor of M,Q,Y. Selected several times. As an instructor I learned to give forceful, direct answers and be prepared as this airman wasn't.
During the age of Covid I didn't even have to do a board thankfully. It was just strictly my package that was graded. And I still didn't make it. That goes to show what kind of A1C I was. #DontVolunteer #DontGoToSchool #StillBeGoodAtYourJOB
Dude I wanna go up for BTZ but because of the Rona my bullets are fucking GARBAGE, I have volunteer hours, and a solid 96 average on my CDCs, but I didn't finish early because testing centers weren't open; and then the Shop has been pretty slow the whole time, so, not many work bullets there.
