@@kellykun5090 Yeah and i agree completely with that but i am Pretty certain this build is not sub 300 tho, closer to like 500..... which is why I found it impressive. 400 in these is enough to break lose
@@kellykun5090 Oh, I have no doubt that a car like yours could break the tires loose at that horsepower level... but your car's AWD system is also different. Nissan's FWD based ATTESA AWD system distributes power through an open front diff, a viscous center diff and viscous rear diff. It's basically a FWD car until it experiences slip, then the center viscous diff sends up to 50% of the power to the rear. It's nice to see someone put legit headers are their subaru instead of chasing the subie rumble. Every person who has that rumble we all know from boxer engines have a header that's actually worse in Performance because the header pipes are not equal length. Hence the rumble.
Honestly idk why, I have a Subaru wrx and I’ve been driven in some sti ones but even then compared to a bmw is on different levels, although I do enjoy the car very much, I just see it as a downgrade, but if you had the money 🤷♂️
Need a minimum investment of headers , full exhaust , upgraded turbo then all the support mods . In Australian dollars , including tuning and labour set aside 9-11k .
Just go pro/e-tuned with a turbo back exhaust. Do not use Cobb OTS. Do not run a downpipe/jpipe or an intake without a tune. If you get a STI, get the cylinder 4 cooling mod. Wrx you don't need it. With this setup you can easily get about 300 to the wheels. If you want an extra 50-100 Do a flex fuel tune on top of that. Again, I repeat... Do NOT get an intake without the correct TUNE. Too many idiots run a random ass intake with the cobb OTS tune and then blame subaru for being unreliable because they think every intake is the same for the tune. Also, you honestly don't need an intake unless you want a noisemaker OR you are pushing over 400 to the wheel. Our stock intakes are actually pretty good performance-wise.

Its sad that they stripped the Subaru guys of the STi with the current generation they even neutered the Impreza RS and it finally got a 2.5 but with CVT only and 180hp. At least you still have these in the video and previous generations.
Well it’s just the front part , called extractors or headers I guess. That feed into the uppipe , then you got the downpipe into the rest of the exhaust out the back.
