I could listen to Stephen all day. It’s great to see him back on TH-cam. 👍

I was just going to comment that I could listen to Stephen all day long, I see someone beat me to it. I bought a kingston black tree when I thought I might like cider, is one of my favourite fresh apples to eat but unfortunately doesn't keep well.

Glad to hear it, Kingston Black are amazing for making cider as I’m sure you know. Beautiful colour and crisp taste. Didn’t know that they have a shorter shelf life. I will keep this in mind.

A lot comes from Eastern Europe in tankers as juice and is fermented in the UK.
Who knows what conditions it's produced in.
