Semalam saya pakai formula chef ni untuk masak briyani kambing, hari ini briyani ayam pulak. Memang sedap. Cuma saya tambah minyak sapi pada minyak masak, tambah serbuk kunyit, serbuk ketumbar, 5 spice powder dan garam masala sedikit ajer semua pada serbuk chili dan serbuk briyani.
Hi Chef , In Chennai, we don't use Pandan leaf and basmathi rice ( we use cheraga Samba rice) , majority basmati rice used for hydebadi Biryani and for better taste we use red Onion and not Yellow.
