    Your explanation on calculation of LRS is very very useful.
    One doubt is as under: The plot registered in 2017 under Peda Amberpet Municipality . Prior to the new LRS scheme ,there was LRS scheme for New municipalities which was extended upto Sept.2020.
    Kindly Clarify .Is there any difference in LRS penalty.

    చాలా చక్కగా సులభంగా అర్ధమైయ్యే విధంగా వివరించారు కృతజ్ఞతలు. ఓపెన్ స్పేస్ చార్జెస్ caluculation లో డాక్యుమెంట్ లో వుండే ప్లాట్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ నాటి value ప్రకారం అంటే మీరు తీసుకున్న ఉదాహరణ ప్రకారం 120000-
    కాని Nala చార్జెస్ మాత్రం ఈరోజు మార్కెట్ వేల్యూ తీసుకోవాలని ముందుగా వివరించారు. కాని caluculation నందు Nala చార్జెస్ కూడా plot value 120000 lekkavesaru. ఇక్కడ నా డౌట్ ఏమిటంటే Market వేల్యూ open చార్జెస్ కి Nala చార్జెస్ మారాలికదా.

    Sir , Good explanation. Please clarity may doubt. If a person makes payment in LRS Scheme-2020 for 88 Sq yards then if he does not process it what will happen . Any exemption from the LRS Process as it is below 100 Sq.yards

    Hi Sir,
    I have 1 and half plot in my hometown. Total sqyards = 150 + 75 = 225. I have single registration document for this complete area. is it possible to apply two LRS applications.
    I mean, lets say as per registration document I owned plot number 10 and 11/p. Now Can I apply LRS for plot number 10 suppuratly and for plot 11/P suppuratly. If I apply like this I will be charged a bit less. Please clarify my doubt asap.

    Nice to explain sir. I have one doubt in GP circle we buy one plat we done registration on our name we take GP permition to construct home. We have NALA CERTIFICATE ALSO THEN WHY THEY ADDING THIS NALA CHARGES AGAIN. This concept of Calculation for GP also same.

    How do we know the relevant plot, ward, circle and zone while filling the online application. There is no unit of road width in online application, hopes it shall be in feet. Please inform us the other than documents to be uploaded, sale deed first page and plot map or key plan of sale deed, like aadhaar, etc., Anything is needed or not.

    Sir in the G.O they have not mentioned about 20% penalty charges and 4.5% NALA charges. But you have added these charges too.

    1.4*6.23= 8.722% do we need to pay

So. 111 *400rs. =44400.per s, q 6000rs unte market value lo 75 % ante. 33333/-.autundhi. oka వేళ మీ వెంచర్ లో 10% ఓపెన్ స్పేస్ లేకపోతే అంటే (పార్క్, jogging tracks, amenitis, 30.ఫీట్ roads). అప్పుడు. 150 స్క్వేర్ యార్డ్ ×6000 rs. కాబట్టి. టోటల్ 9 lakhs. అవుతుంది. దీనిలో 14%.kattali. ante. 1.26000+33000,=159000.kattali. ఇంకా దీనిపై 20% పెనాల్టీ ante. 32000 extra. సో total 191000 to 2 lcs వరకు అవుతుంది
