Depends on yr skill.and role . Ask for consultant ( E3.2) band if possible. Pay- anything lesser than 17 lacs is not good for yr exp is not justified… pls note once you join year on year hike is very poor or at times almost nill in HCL…be ready for that. Learning wise it's good place.

I got letter of Intent from HCL on 3rd December but after that i don't have any update.In this Month I recieved call from HCL on 7th January in which they asked me about my acceptance & pseudo code test date.But Still now don't have any update like Induction Mail,Boarding etc.

For freshers this generally take time and you will get joining once you passout your final year of exam
So wait and side by side continue giving interview and try to hold multiple offer

I have joined in 2019 March (Salary 2.16 LPA) as a Trainee Analyst on Contractual basis and got converted to Full Time employee in 2021 Feb (salary 2.5 LPA).
Since Feb 26th 2021 to Feb 25th 2022 already cycle got completed and there is no compensation letter released.

2. But they are yet to release the offer letter and HR told me that they will release the offers from March onwards. Should I still ask for a letter of intent as a confirmation from his side or wait for the offer letter as HR told me that you will receive a letter of intent prior to your offer letter in march.

Hey brother , i am a bid manager in HCL , you will definitely be learning a lot in this role , you would work on several kinds of deals , if you put in certain efforts to be more technically aligned you can grow as a technical consultant and you can also move to Sales as well depending on your inclination. As for the in-hand salary , you would get approximately between 75-80k for sure after all the deductions as for variable component you would get that post your appraisal.

Variable component… in monthly component I got 126000 ie, 126000*12=15lpa change..and in annual component gf, pf, medical coverage combining all total 85k. In variable we have 1.5 lpa.. now my query is in monthly component 126000 will I get entire amount or will pf pt will get deducted again from it. Actually pf is shown in separate column. It can ve more because i know guys personally who are in 7b and get 15 and other guys who joined from other company getting 23 so these range vary Alot

Hi lastweek i got selected in HCL and their providing CTC as 8 LPA but i negotiated and asked to revoke with 8.5LPA so if i get 8.5 per annum what is my in hand salary??

Hi first got offer from TCS -650000 lpa and now I got offer from HCl Also with 730000 lpa.

Join company like tcs and ibm if.you have 15+ lpa salary due to lesser salary growth
But final decision should be yours

Hello in my clg placement many student got placed in hcl .i received my offer letter on june with 3.5 lpa and my friends got offer letter on sep with 4.75 lpa but they said on the interview as 3.5lpa for all.my friend got 4.75.may i know the reason?
