buy out is available but if you got government job then you can simply leave tcs if you get joining date there i dont think this experience will be needed there unless its a software related job

But BGV they caught it and ask for proof so I shared the resignation letter to them the BGV team very with previous company so they FNF is done. So connect. With company request them to give the FNF and i mentioned the is 5th but they given me 11th jan.... So it's overlap some how mange it. And I am in same mnc from last 20 months... Now i am planning to change the company.... Please suggest how can i takel the situation. And also I updated the exit date of dec 31 as they given me 13 days salary.

Sir I haave around 10 year experience recently joined a company on 5-sep-2023.In my offer letter they have not mentioned any probation period which unfortunately i assumed that for three months i am in probation(notice period is 90 days). Now i have received offer from other company and they are ready to on board me without releiving and experience letter from my current employer.My next employer gave joining date as 8-jan initially basis on which i resigned. generally agar apka pf accounts nahi hain ya salary account mai nahi aata its mean aap ka koi record nahi hai. if they create pf account and if you want to do absconding then you have to explain future company why you leave this company
Sir i joined one compony in june 2022 and left compony in one month and i joined another compony on august 2022 but previous compony put exit date of nov 2022 so it is showing service overlap of 2 months and i was absent there and previous compony put some epfo amount of two months i request previous compony to change the exit date as per they denied i have put resignation in aug month through personal email id but manager submitted resignation in nov 2022 so this descrepancy showing in epfo portal what need to do sir in this case
whenever you join any new company during interview explained this to rhe hr they may skip this experience so during the interview before bgv cleared this point to hr it will be helpful to understand whether that company has any issues with this or not. never give resignation before clearing this point to rhe company from where you are expecting offer

as per government law they can ask you to pay only that money which they spend on your training and if you didn't join and didn't took any training no need to worry relax and ignore mail
if you get offer from company like tcs, Accenture etc when they will do bgv they will want justification why you left and on sometime they revoked offer for such candidates

if they had created your pf account then yes since your employment details can be seen from there and if you don't have proper documentation then sometimes it cause issue if you don't see it.in your epfo account no need to worry
If PF is being deducted, UAN history will have this company. Don't pay them money if you don't trust them that they won't give you experience letter. Mark exit date in EPFO portal yourself.

Never do that. I did the same.. and joined new company as a fresher.. now I know what a blunder I have done. Many companies have a policy due to which they never hire anyone who had been absconded at any point of his/her carrier.

Sir i joined one compony in june 2022 and left compony in one month and i joined another compony on august 2022 but previous compony put exit date of nov 2022 so it is showing service overlap of 2 months and i was absent there and previous compony put some epfo amount of two months i request previous compony to change the exit date as per they denied i have put resignation in aug month through personal email id but manager submitted resignation in nov 2022 so this descrepancy showing in epfo portal what need to do sir in this case

during interview explained this to rhe hr
they may skip this experience
so during the interview before bgv cleared this point to hr
it will be helpful to understand whether that company has any issues with this or not.

I was on approved leave and got terminated as absconding. Now HR is not listening to me. I tried every possible thing and my managers also but nothing helped.
I got one absconding warning prior to termination stating to contact HR or Manager which i also did. And my next project allocation was also discussed.
However later everything was like nothing is discussed and all.
What can i do in this case?
I ahve been working with organisation since one and half year.
