One thing about this fight I find particularly hilarious is that you're still able to throw a gasoline cannister here and then detonate it. The mental image of the Rher's Moon zooming in only to have a metal cannister of gas and a firebomb chucked in his face by a fucking manic made me fall in love with this game.

You aren't really fighting him, it's like a psychic battle. Your character is actually just spasming around on the roof of the tower while Rher invades their minds.
