What is her Mother's heritage? That may explain why Malika Andrews works for ESPN. Because we can clearly see she is NOT talented, so it must be favoritism.
Good video, although you failed to mention when that one NBA player died for no reason Malika Andrews brings up either some already taken care of charge is not fully charge. Charge is just some BS that didn’t need to be brought up after the man had already died and she wants to bring up negativity and everybody knows that it just always a bad taste.
Interesting, that she is racist man hater but, racist against her own skin...when u hate yourself you have mental issues which come across in her aura. This is a very hateful woman.
From what I've read so far, this wolman is doing her job. This would include at times asking uncomfortable questions. Her job is to present the total picture on any athlete or issue being discussed and to be respectful in doing so. Once she remains within those parameters, she should be fine.
U need to read or watch some more! She brings stuff up that irrelevant just to try and shame and humiliate people. And when the hell is she ever respectful? She cuts her co-hosts off all the time, doesn't let them speak or speaks over them, and comments inappropriate stuff while they're talking under her breath. I've never seen anyone more disrespectful! I think it was the coach for the Celtics when he just got hired. She brought up a time he got arrested in college over 15 years ago when he was a teenager for underaged drinking and an adult charge that was also dropped for getting into a fight at the bar lol. You show me one college student that hasn't had a few beers before they hit 21. No reason to bring that up whatsoever! I can't stand her! Just seeing her face on my phone puts me in a bad mood I'm not even kidding
“He deserves to be fired if they are going to fire him if you’re not going to fire him then don’t fire him.” That’s the kind of deep insight ESPN “personalities” provide that caused me to stop watching almost ten years ago now.
Did you listen to the entire clip?. That comment was in reference to the organization airing half the situation and not releasing him to get a job elsewhere. So he was just saying if u gonna fire him then just do it, don't give him a death sentence and not even have all the back story. ...or in most others opinion they knew the back story but bc who all parties involved were it became chaotic to keep it hush hush but still lay down punishment..
But, Malika should be careful. You're not only a professional, you're also human and we all make mistakes and go through stuff in life. When that comes knocking at her door and people will treat it the same way she did that of others, she should be prepared to take that in the same way she dished it out.
I didn’t know who she was before this video. None of this seems so bad. Athletes are entitled and temperamental and her fellow male journalists and commentators do this stuff all the time.
Maybe more people should play her game and bring up how long malika has been a mentally weak individual that needed to go to a special school for those type of kids
As far as mentioning possible red flags isn't that done at the NFL draft. Hell coaches and staff get away with more than that. I'm in no way defending her. But analyst ask questions at all times. I've seen nfl analyst dobthe something. Is it because she's a woman? Someone educate me please? I have not watched espn in quite awhile. I get tired of all of them talking nonsense 24-7. Idc if they are men or women. I miss Stuart Scott, RIP, he was the only reason I watched ESPN. they have been going down ever since Disney has taken over. There are good female analysts and bad ones same with male analyst. I'm really mad that they let Jalen go. The few times i watched recently was because of him.
I have seen a lot of men especially black men complain about how she basically tears down a black man for example the Boston Celtic coach yes he was wrong for having affairs but so were the woman who were a legal age and consented to the relationship but she was treating them as if they were human trafficking victims. Another example is this guy I think josh giddey who is white and accused of messing with underage girls she spoke on it but said we don’t have all the Factz so I can’t necessarily speak on it but when this other basketball player was shot for helping his girlfriends friend during a domestic dispute and lost his life she mentioned how he had rape charges against him but the charges were dropped, she never mentioned the reasoning for the shooting. I don’t watch espn bc I don’t care for sports but for the people who don’t watch espn & are not “tapped” into malika then no one will really see the issue. Basically she is biased she sees all woman as victims and don’t want to hold them accountable and from what I have seen she loves holding black men to a higher standard. Instead of treating all the players equal regardless of race or color
THANK YOU! I was stuck as to why these men were so pissed. The final analysis is probably that it's a woman bringing these issues up. I don't know or watch her, so there's a lot that I'm missing, but from this clip, there's no new journalism tactic going on. But when I read the comments, & "most" are calling her a "chick"...smh
She was hired entirely for "optics." That is the ESPN MO lately. Another example, the ignorant "analyst" who called JJ Redick an "average shooter" at the NBA draft. As long as ESPN keeps doing what it is doing, I won't express it in words but everybody knows, we are going to be subject to this idiocy.
She’s looking for a reaction and she gets them. They should stop reacting to her questions and give boring answers. Make every response to every question she ever ask Boring and you how fast she gets off air. They have her ask questions because people react to them plains and simple.
Based on this video, it seems Malika may be a sports journalist but she has a political motive to it. Pointing out ppls past, bad plays, non sports related comments and questions. Problem with her being fired is ppl would call ESPN racist & anti feminist before knowing the real story about her being fired. Political correct culture is ruining this world!
She's going to be the first mainstream media individual (outside of those in Memphis) to interview Ja before his first game after his suspension is over. I can see it already 🤦
Malika has some issues that have been covered from her formal years of school. Her character seems questionable to say the least. Juvenile records are almost always sealed, but then there are sometimes likes. Depending on the profile of the subject.
this comment contains no information of any value whatsoever. as such, it is trying to implicate her in some sort of dark illicit behavior merely on the basis of innuendo. if you have anything relevant to say about "her past", let's hear it.
I think the most problematic behavior she's displayed was her mentioning of former Michigan State player A. Payne's alleged sexual assault that resulted in no charges being filed. And while I clearly don't condone the rehashing of recently deceased peoples' past history of possible sexual misbehavior during the mourning period, it is not a fireable offense. The fact that she reported that Giannis might split if improvements are not forthcoming is just her doing her job as a reporter--she shouldn't be judged as unprofessional for doing her job. If anything, the league office might have spoken to Giannis. The stephan a smith kerfuffle was impossible to evaluate bc all that was shown was her jumping in b4 smith had finished (but he's pretty much of a windbag so that was a bit more understandable, though still a minor problem). But almost everyone interrupts stephen a. smith so holding her to that standard seems a bit unfair. Moreover,, if you want to demonstrate her inappropriateness, i would not choose to use Kwame Brown (or someone as illogical as Brown) to make a case for you. Lastly, after hearing all these alleged bad things that andrews has done, my guess is that there's nothing even close to being a fireable offense. get over it.
Nah, she was peak wilding out when she was talking to the King of ESPN on his own show. Regardless of race or gender, she doesn't know her place within corporate ladder and how to manage these relationships. If she gets extended at ESPN I'd be very surprised
Her place??? It's 2023, Sir! Her place "should" be, a journalist doing her job! She should do it well, or find another one! Until her boss is dissatisfied, here she'll stay.
All I know is that she better have damn good security cause someone is gonna hurt her and it's gonna be a sports fan that is fed up with her negative BS.
How can a woman's femenist opinions matter on a show that is watched primarily by men? Keep in mind that ESPN is now owned by Disney. The agenda prevails.
Malika Andrews needs to go, she should not be allowed to treat the industry the way she do, shame professional players who work hard to get to the professional level, and discrase other professional analyst the way she do. I don't watch telecast in which she participates, and others are quickly following suit, ESPN, NBA, and other sports cast let her go, so we can get back to covering sports and games the way should be covered, with fun and anticipation.

You're missing the point. When employees don't like something and they refuse to do it, that is a labor issue where they pressure the employer to get what they want and are willing to stand on their demands. Fines and all.
(Which would be reversed and appealed by the players association)
You think the nba and espn are not going to turn to her and say, "You have to go"? We cannot put you over our players, league, money, fans, ratings, etc.
They have a lot of power. Without them there is no league. You're very short-sighted just like these players.
You forget she is the media, they did nothing to Giannis, but you see it haven't happened again and you see big perk (Perkins) don't talk to her with authority anymore
When your not afraid to ask questions that may hurt your feelings deal with it. Do you really think that you can go through life without getting your feathers ruffled. It’s how you react to it that shows your character.
She is a garbage human plain and simple. It will be a tragic end.
If you don’t like the way someone or something is treating or representing you then you shouldn’t support them.
I don't want to say this but I feel that as long as Ms. Andrew's is with ESPN, I will have to see my sports on other NETWORKS. 😢
What is the worst thing she has done?
Where do we begin?
She is the worst thing to happen to ESPN. Theh know it is over
Speaking the truth and asking tough questions is refreshing. Good old boys club doesn’t like having dirty laundry exposed too bad
🙋🏾♂️ Sorry bro I couldn't get past the @6:03 mark because I had enough of her.
I stopped at 2:27 lol
Kwame made one of the most intelligent statements ever heard from an nba player
Disney is doing this on purpose
Free country guys. Let her say her piece and let's have a good debate. Nothing wrong with voicing one's opinion.
She has to go PERIOD
more likely she suffers from PMS can't help herself
She might not be a great journalist but are these supposed to be examples of her “contempt for black men”?
If she was fired by ESPN, Fox Sports will hire her quick.
Nope… she cuts against what fox viewers believe
Naw. CNN would though
Fox news isn't liberal for Blacks
Republicans didn't welcome candidate
Tim Scott
Seems like a lot of hate toward her for just bringing up facts that people dont like. First time I heard of her.
ESPN considers this chick eye candy and will live with any negative reviews because she has people watching her show. If they based her gig on job performance she would have been fired long ago.
ASHLEY BREWER WAS EYE CANDY THEY CUT MY BABE
Many of the women are eye candy- this is not rocket science - check out the way some of them dress- all dudes on set beware. One of them was wearing a fetish choker- haha
Do yall seriously think Malika chose the highlights that were shown during an interview? 😂 That’s a whole nother job for that.
What is her Mother's heritage? That may explain why Malika Andrews works for ESPN. Because we can clearly see she is NOT talented, so it must be favoritism.
Jewish ✡️
Andrews should let you know
Good video, although you failed to mention when that one NBA player died for no reason Malika Andrews brings up either some already taken care of charge is not fully charge. Charge is just some BS that didn’t need to be brought up after the man had already died and she wants to bring up negativity and everybody knows that it just always a bad taste.
Exactly, every gangbanger has to fight a murder rap at least a couple times in their life, who are these squares??
Use her to deliver the news you want so it won't be deemed racist. 🤔
Basically
Interesting, that she is racist man hater but, racist against her own skin...when u hate yourself you have mental issues which come across in her aura. This is a very hateful woman.
💯🎯
@@brolee500 #BIG FACTS
@@brolee500I agree, considering her father is black.
Problem is that she is not black, she is bi racial which is different. Not inferior, or worse just different.
Every dog has its day! Trust me it’s coming for her
From what I've read so far, this wolman is doing her job. This would include at times asking uncomfortable questions. Her job is to present the total picture on any athlete or issue being
discussed and to be respectful in doing so.
Why was she an analyst in the first place
She's fine af and covers the NBA. She's the only reason to watch ESPN clips.
I just miss Rachel Nichols
But she is white
So does Jimmy Butler
@@TimCline-z7wLOL LOL LOL LOL...Good one!!!!!
Rachel Nichols should never have had that Job
Yesssssss...her sexy ass
Just saw the title and whole heartily agree
But, Malika should be careful. You're not only a professional, you're also human and we all make mistakes and go through stuff in life. When that comes knocking at her door and people will treat it the same way she did that of others, she should be prepared to take that in the same way she dished it out.
She should’ve got fired FIRST 🤷🏾♂️
🎯💯🎯💯
I didn’t know who she was before this video. None of this seems so bad. Athletes are entitled and temperamental and her fellow male journalists and commentators do this stuff all the time.
Hey Malika, the wnba has plenty DV incidents that seem to stay outta the headlines.. thank me later✌🏾
Never Heard a Pin drop From Malika
Just sleep with the boss gets you the job at espn
Funny she doesn’t talk about all the DV going on in the WNBA.🤷♂️
She is too honest, being too honest will get you fired.
Lol lol lol...She's afraid of all the diesel dykes..Mook!!
Maybe more people should play her game and bring up how long malika has been a mentally weak individual that needed to go to a special school for those type of kids
you can see it in her eyes that she's evil
Exactly, I watched the entire video and I'm still not sure what she has done that was bad or wrong.
I’m waiting on her going for Shaq or Blarkley, , she knows who to mess with
She knows better get her Barkley
Brown is literally me. Love when someone says the truth
She turning ESPN into a reality show 😂
Only way they get clicks.
She’s looking for a reaction and she gets them.
They should stop reacting to her questions and give boring answers. Make every response to every question she ever ask Boring and you how fast she gets off air.
They have her ask questions because people react to them plains and simple.
Obviously an English major
Just look at who her mother is and you'll understand why her and her sister have gotten to where they're at.
O really?? Ok I'll research it......
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
her mother is a white Jewish teacher
@@adampentz9605 #2 of the three
I said she is not black... She has a whites nose 😂😂😂
What sort of nonsense comment is that?? totally irrelevant
Do what now?
Nichols career did not end, her tenure at ESPN did.
Anytime she speak I change channel
Ditto
Ma-hate-a-blackman Andrews like Sage Steele and Gayle King, practices corporate meritorious manumission to advance her career.
🎯💯🎯💯
Malika Andrews needs to go, she should not be allowed to treat the industry the way she do, shame professional players who work hard to get to the professional level, and discrase other professional analyst the way she do.
I don't watch telecast in which she participates, and others are quickly following suit, ESPN, NBA, and other sports cast let her go, so we can get back to covering sports and games the way should be covered, with fun and anticipation.
Good for her
love middleton's reaction
I love her reporting. She's bright, quick, and not hard to look at. Too bad if you're the target but she's not all wrong.
This young lady its doing her job
But the problem its afroamericans don,t like because she has independent opinion.
On their mind, she has to defend them, for have black etnicity.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Malika Andrews, congrats,we need more africans drscendent like you.
Not the crookeds.
First of all, only the haters hate her. And if anyone does hate her it's because she is stunningly beautiful. Intelligent. Well spoken. Steeped in excellence. Marry me Malika!!!!!!!!!! Go Dub Nation '23-24
Think with your dick much?
Imagine getting triggered by someone asking questions about factual statements and occurrences
Malik Andrews is a very good anylist!! I respect how she has risen so fast on ESPN, and I'm not about to hate on her success because you don't like some of the questions she asks. On top of that, she's absolutley gorgeous!! The only reason I even watch NBA today is so that I can see Malika Andrews!!
Another commenter using their penis to evaluate the performance of a female employee. Merit?
WHAT A WICKED WOMAN SHE IS😳
Probably getting them early hot flashes?
Sorry, watched the whole video. I dont understand what she did wrong, for example, she brings up brandon millers background, thats journalism do we just want them to bow down to everyone and not ask questions
Wrong type of journalist bud, bring8ng up alleged murder cases during a sports draft is malicious
The executive producers need to be fair about this, she's out of control.
Hmmm I don't have an issue with the Miller question during the draft. But as for everything else yeah she gotta go.
