    study tip for all ppl who like painting their nails: do one coat before starting work (this method is best if you need to write and essay or make flash cards-typing tasks) and then work for 25 minutes, take a break and apply the next coat, repeat until your manicure is done! What else are you gonna do waiting for your nails to dry?? AND you have your nails nicely painted and perfectly dry by the end of your work sesh.

    There's something about the airplane bell noise that adds to my ability to focus, if you ever made a longer one of these with the same type of airplane brown noise i'd be forever grateful

    I'm an international student. my flight back home takes 2 hours and 10 mins. the duration of this video being around 2 hours did wonders for me. this just made me feel much much closer to home, and more connected. whatever i do, i do for my family.

    ADHD review here! Hands down, best hyperfocus video out there. Pomodoro technique hasn't quite worked for me until now, but everything about this was so helpful. "Set your intentions" for 10 min at the beginning allowed me to gradually get in the zone, and then fully lock in by the time the bell sounded. And the positive words of affirmation kept my motivation up ✨✨Thanks so much for the great video and sound effects. Please do more!!
    This 50 min version is perfect for hyperfocusing, which I prefer. If you get the chance, 25 min at a time would be great for in between classes, but pls make sure you keep the light music in between. Have a lovely day y'all❤

    i don't have adhd but this is so cute and helps me focus immediately and feel like i'm in the zone which is crazy bc usually when i study i want to clean my room or do other stuff but this helps a lot especially the cute plane animations as well as the sound effects that feel like you're in a plane HELP SO MUCH. thank u.

    I really love this because the work time is longer. It takes me 10-15 minutes to get into the 'flow state' and 25 min timers don't work for me. I also love the airplane bell, really immersive lol.

    im not kidding this is the ONLY pomodoro that has ever worked for me?? the airplane noise somehow just cancels out the rest of the noises and voices in my heads, and actually allows me to focus, not to mention the plane illustrations making it more exciting?? PLEASE MAKE A LONGER ONE!! I've been using this for the past 2 months and literally every other method of focus fails BUT this. i would literally sell my soul for a longer version of this😭😭 THANK YOU AND PLEASE MAKE MORE

    I don't normally leave youtube comments, but this video is amazing. I've been diagnosed with ADHD for almost 12 years now, and when I don't take my meds I always have a hard time starting tasks. This allows me to put on a timer for when to start the task, which is insanely helpful. This has carried me through finals week, I have never been so focused. I love the white/brown noise, it's the only thing I can do tasks to as music is often too distracting. The car pomodoro is another one of my favorites. Please don't stop making these! They're amazing

    This might be my new favorite video for studying. I got so much more done. I really liked it, I don't really even know why. It was just oddly comforting and I knew it was here for me... maybe because I could fantasize that instead of just simply doing some really boring essay writing, I was on a plane to a vacation destination hahah.

    This is incredible! The brown noise really helps me focus compared to music, even instrumental. I would love to have one similar but with 30 min work period instead, in the afternoon 50 min is just too much for me lol

      And this video in particular is the most effective (for me) of your videos. The brown noise just gets my brain going better than any lo-fi music could. I would love more of this type of sound (brown or pink noise especially) with intervals of different lengths if you would want to do more of them. I also love having the music in the getting ready and break intervals. It creates a very clear distinction on when to shift gears mentally.

Es bastante efectivo este método de estudio/trabajo, me permite concentrarme en lo que hago aunque en algunas ocasiones quería ponerme a revisar el celular, pero este video me creaba un sentimiento de compromiso para continuar mis quehaceres y esperar al momento de descanso
