I'm a chemist for a major electric utility. I oversee ultrapure water production for our steam generators. We use clarifiers, multimedia filters, reverse osmosis and finally 2 electrodeionization systems to remove virtually everything except the hydrogen and oxygen. Our silica levels are usually below 2 ppb and sodium is usually 0.2 ppb. In my camper is use the stock filter, because unless you're making steam it's probably good enough for human consumption ;)
I love your response to criticism. Few people are experts. You were just sharing what you do. For those that follow you, like myself, we appreciate the non-experted opinion. ClearSource is a solution to water on the road. It is a better solution than trusting the water source.
I grew up drinking water from a hose...not dead yet.

This is why I like this channel, if you are wrong, you admit it and find the right information to let us (the viewers) know what is what. Granted it was a little harsh but they were pretty spot on with the analysis of how filters work....Keep the videos coming JD!!!!
