Very nice video and build. I played an druggie-unarmed build without VATs, but with science. endurance and sprinkled with Power Armor. Pretty fun but takes a longer time to be really viable as I need to build a whole settlement, do a lot of trading to buy lots of drugs.
Fantastic build! What would be the final result at lvl 50, regarding Luck and endurance? Been playing this game for hundreds of hours, but I just decided to get it on my ps5 with all the addons, it was on sale for super cheap 'till yesterday so my first PS playthrough will be for achievements, so no mods.
Fallout 4 has amazing unarmed and melee animations. I know this is modless, but, to add a little bit of flavor, I suggest to install these mods: Kicks And Punches (add new kicks and new punches attacks, a little bit like New Vegas had.) and The Raiju (craftable energy knuckles. Lore friendly, add Laser, Plasma or blue (Indtitute) damage. Good end game weapon, but, you keep all the badass unarmed moves. This made my Goku run unforgivable. (Nuka Work - Galactic zone is pretty hard)
is the vats freeze bug a problem for you? always wanted to do a vats or blitz build but the idea that every time I go into vats there's a chance the game could just freeze on me turns me off doing a vats build in survival mode.
I've been TRYING this built. Surprisingly, I had the same idea to go immediately for the gauntlet before seeing the vid. But when my character just stares down the enemy, doing nothing, and gets shot point blank- yeah, the bug is AWFUL
It's really great, i'm going to replay Fallout 4 now, but !! you forgot to put strenght to 11 at the start! use BUFFOUT, PSYCHO, FURY, addicted, each give -1 strenght, only then use the You're Special to have 11, and the Bobblehead after that. Base 12 strenght
My build is a pistol and unarmed character, disarm enemies so fast never was so satisfactory in special with a break leg unarmed weapon Pipe weapon never was so useful in that build for the long distance that it get with gunslinger.
there has always been something about fallout 4 melee builds that dont fell good to me, i love unarmed build in new vegas, maybe i will finally try one in 4
I see your point, but unarmed =/= fists only, I don’t make the rules. The build would still be the same, only 10x more tedious if at all possible because of how trash your damage would be
In case you need a reminder of how pathetic your HP is = 3... Which is why I ALWAYS max endurance, and say fuck agility. You DO NOT get that much more AP out of it for what you trade in HP (and you miss out on durability perks which make your life a LOT easier long term + HP gain per level) ** If I could I'd actually put both Strength and Endurance to 11 - but I don't think I ever found the base game's Endurance bobblehead to get 12. I know how to get Strength's though. I really, REALLY wish they'd have let us have 1 attribute point perhaps every 5 levels. Given this time there wasn't a cap on levels. : / (Or realized that Damage Percentage PER LEVEL was a better way to do damage upgrades than just for 5 skill points you get DOUBLE your BASE damage... >.< ) Also with Blitz the problem is sometimes it JUST teleports you and DOES NOT actually hit anything. So you think you should've hit something; you didn't, you're still getting ganked from behind - and you're wondering WTF just happened. [I've learned not to rely on it, because even if it can close some distance, it will not always save you] * Do note: I do not and never will EVER play on survival. That's just asking the game to be MUCH more restrictive than it needs to be (WHILE artificially increasing the difficulty by denting your abilities and upping everyone else's)
I agree that survival changes completely the way you play. I learned to treat it like a completely different gamemode. I still prefer playing on Very Hard for a long playthrough, but an ocassional Survivor run has proved to be a lot of fun if you are actually looking for the game to challenge you
0:46 dam, bro hit him with the "What's 17 more years"

Unarmed becomes very fun when you learn how to trigger executions, double power attacks against human targets is hilarious
i understand the work this build requires, awesome video.
Hey man, thanks
I do not know what the best way to make money is i just kill a bunch of raiders. When i read this i burst out laughing.
“Honest pay for honest work”
I learned by building a bunch of water purifiers, sell the purified water, wait and repeat.
Instead of waiting you can fast travel between settlements with purifiers set up and traders to maximize water baron efficiency@@spaghettisultan5484

Fighting a laser charging assultron with bare hands is a real deal. I don't even dare to get close when I hear that terrifying sound.
What would be scarier, someone teleporting in your face and punching you, or someone sprinting at you like a truck and ignoring your bullets
Both.
I didn't realize I was itchin' for one of your videos. Thanks for making it a long one!
I'm all about the long ones.
Thank you for the build. I did switch up the armor for atoms bulwark, the Inquisitor's cowl and 4 pieces of unyielding armor.
I'm late by half a year but this looks like hella fun, nice work
OH MY GAWD IM dying the dbz sound effects are perfect - teleporting on they ass hitting a fireball 😂
heh, not bad, you made me use 5% of my power

Cool editing and soundtrack! Fun build as well
Cheers m8, have a nice one
awesome video! after playing fallout 4 a bunch of times, I'm wanting to do unarmed, this guide will help a lot
Unarmed is hell early on but it gets very powerful once you have the right perks.
i forgot he was supposed to be vegeta half way thru and thought it was adam driver lol

595 hp at 16 endurance and level 40 and 416 damage with the furious fist. Only the last +5% left from bloody mess.
My favorite build. :3

18:12 though that statement is arguably true, this is not a melee build, this is an unarmed build, thus the Disciple have the worst perk.
Operators buff stealth so eradicating them is the only choice.
@@poormansproductions2402Stealth is more useful than a perk that does nothing for an unarmed build.

10:50 you are almost as strong as old dying mama murphy in this moment
13:52 that is cruel, going for the nuts

Gotta clone your special book to overcap stats to 20.
That just makes the early game boring since you're overpowered from the start
An armored shiesty
why no power armor?
Changes your stats, separate build
Bro is vegeta
Haha! Take That!
Scallywag!
Oh you can get a ton of defense if you get a newsboy cap or battered fedora. Because you can put the ballistic weave on there.
Those two give you a third slot of ballistic weave? Is it a feature or is it a falmer helmet type of deal?
So 3 charisma why?
Lone wanderer gives damage reduction instead of resistance
This is dope but man or those unarmed animations shit. Bethesda needs get a developer who knows how a punch or kick is thrown.
