    Thanks a lot mam!! Much awaited video mam. I’m having a query as I went though the policy wordings. Here it’s stated that “world wide cover is applicable only when the policy holder is under 65 years of age at the time of issuance and must be within India at the time of issuance”
    Since health insurance policies are renewed and issued every year does it mean world wide cover will not be there even for renewals after 65 years of age?
    I’m asking this because this policy will be issued only for people before 65 years in first place then why did they include the phrase “under 65 years” in world wide cover paragraph as the whole policy will not be issued after 65 years right mam.
    Hope you got my query and expecting answer as the customer care keep repeating useless and already mentioned things over email support. Thanks again mam!!

    Any pre medical test will require for purchasing this plan i.e premium plan. Age is 37 yrs with no health issue.

    Hi doing great job just need a help my wife was admitted due to dengue and i had aditya birla heath doctors told that she had to get admitted as she had vomiting and louse motion but at the time of cash less claim gets rejected saying there was no need of admitting it can be crude on opd basis then i re claim again and the answer was same i don't know who was right or wrong but i had great financial trouble at that time need ur opinion

      First of all u should to consult with dr and TPa team of hospital,may be they not submitted proper details of health issues bcz this should not to be rejected in dengue conditions,if they are doing same thing in claim than u should try for reimbursement and do complain of consumer forum also connect with your agent also.Sabhi ki class lgani padegi tabhi ye claim settlement krenge
