I was there in 81 or 82 and actually did some work for the Holiday Inn that was shown and also one called the Holiday Inn South. In resent years when visiting Vegas I have tried to figure out where that HI South was located. It was just a run of the mill HI nothing special. Back then the airport was of course much smaller and it seemed to be quite a bit south of the strip.
