I have been inside Los feliz Mansion! This was like 4-5 years ago . Door was opened so we went inside. It felt like someone was watching us . We didn’t stay too long in there since we were scared someone might see us and report us lol.
@@frankyg818 It seems like the hole was most likely dug up during the time when Gloria Allred's daughter owned it. It was probably due to construction work. I have first hand information that the hole exist.
@@frankyg818 I want to note that I'm not sure if the hole has since been filled in, but there was a 10 foot hole with a plywood over it in the basement. Probably loose dirt hid the board, but it was there.
Another haunted location is the house I grew up in Los Angeles. My entire family has terrifying stories, plus some friends and family who stayed there also experienced things. One day I’m going to write a book about it.
As always, it's fun to tag along with you on these haunted outings. The creepiest place I've been to in California is probably Preston Castle in Ione (featured in an entertaining episode of The Lowe Files) Living in San Jose, I've been to the Winchester Mystery House several times, but I never got much of a "haunted" vibe from it. I always found the architecture and craftsmanship to be the most interesting aspect of the place.
I second Suicide Bridge in Pasadena. Take the stairs down to the Arroyo and walk around at night. You might see some shades in period dress. Hotel Green in Pasadena. Several apartments are haunted and they sometimes have a haunted tour in October. The iPic Theater in Old Town Pasadena. Old Town is known for being full of basements. The iPic is in a basement. One of the theaters is reportedly so haunted that workers (heard this from previous workers from when it was an AMC and a Laemmle theater) refuse to clean it alone. There's also a ghost of a little girl in one of the bathrooms. Pasadena is relatively old compared to LA and is riddled with hauntings. I live in an old bungalow court that has had several mysteries over the years. One of my old units was haunted by a dog or cat that would jump on my mattress on the floor at the time and nudge my face. It was a dark shape that did so. Another apartment was so haunted that one night lights and other objects would start breaking and the light outside started flickering on and off. The occupants were so freaked out, they called me over. They saged the place and this calmed the entity. Their cats would freak out over a particular corner of the house and unknown foul smells emanated from underneath the home that they could never track down. There's also an abandoned mental asylum and cemetery in the very north of the Valley. Bodies over the years were dug up and posed with cigarettes in mouth. I've also heard of a cemetery(?) north of LA somewhere that is haunted with numerous red eyes (a bad sign) that would pinch you if you dared stray in at night. Thanks for this and have fun! no1ukn0
Definitely Picnic Table #29 for overall weirdness, that I can vouch for. Pretty much anywhere in Griffith Park has a creepy story to tell. You should do more "Best of" videos, they're cool 😀
I never knew that about Griffith Park,,i only knew it had the observatory n greek theatre,, so have u been to table 29??and seen the tree on the bench??is that the tree that killed 2 people,,is that story true??
@@chicanoduke Yes, I've been there for a video on my channel. As for the story being true, that's up for debate, as the LA Times article about it was written by "Norman Bates". There was something at that table, though, no doubt. If you go, I would strongly advise not touching the tree or table, just observe it.
The experiences we had at Devil's Gate Dam were beyond creepy! I went to La Canada High School which is RIGHT there and we would ditch and go mess around the dam. Oh man, talk about the heebie jeebies! There is lots of creepy places around there.
Fun, fun, fun!!! As usual!! As a teen I used to hike to Fish Canyon Falls in Duarte CA at least once a month. My friends and I always thought the area was haunted. Strange feelings, sounds, dreams while spending the night camping there. Years later I learned about Hughes Airwest Flight 706 that crashed in that general area back in 1971. Could have something to do with the strange feelings I always got while hiking there?? Then again, somebody died anywhere you can go, possibly..... Cool video!!! Keep on keeping on!!!

Wow ! I just got goosebumps! 2 years back I used to be a Amazon delivery driver. I remember making deliveries around Murrieta and I remember seeing that tall abandoned building. I remember just staring at it and wondering why it was there.

That's funny I was just thinking about that creepy structure I've seen people hanging out at near downtown Murrieta and then here comes up the Kea Mill.
I’d suggest the Magic Castle Hotel is haunted. We were upgraded to a suite due to a malfunctioning toilet in a ground floor room. My husband and I were too uneasy to actually sleep at the hotel, so we drove home. We drove back the next day to attend a costume party at the Magic Castle itself. We went back to the hotel after the party to change and my husband couldn’t get the front door closed fast enough when we were leaving. He had a feeling of someone inside rushing towards the front door. It’s an old apartment building, so yeah, it’s creepy. I’d say check it out!
Could be. I was a magician’s assistant for a member there, and sometimes for other members if they had my magician boss/mentor’s permission. There were some stories I would hear, and even I had a strange feeling now and then while there (especially on more quiet days/nights or before/after performances).
I have 2 to suggest in the Pasadena area. Colorado street bridge crossing the arroyo seco. known as the Suicide bridge. This location was used by many people as a stepping off point for the next world. And the Rialto Theater, in South Pasadena. Known for many hauntings and weird experiences. I have experienced some of them myself.
Well, there’s Black Star Canyon. It’s a nice hiking trail but we never made it to the “ruins” further up because we got too warm and we were out of shape! But supposedly that’s a haunted trail. And the Katie Wheeler Library in Irvine. Nice quiet little library, part of a historic site. The Historic Yorba Cemetery has tales of a pink lady. And the Queen Mary is a given, though it’s a tragedy in itself in its current state. Downtown Fullerton seems to have a ghost in every other building even though it’s gone all trendy. I’d mention Peg Entwhistle at the Hollywood sign, but that falls under the Griffith Park umbrella. Also the Cecil Hotel in LA, though if you search “haunted hotel LA” you get a whole list! Oh, and the Linda Vista Community Hospital. So many abandoned hospitals have the rumors, of course. I have also come across suggestions of hauntings at the LA Arboretum. Going further out of course there’s the Whaley House in San Diego. I didn’t find it supernatural, myself… most of my discomfort could be traced to three things… it was dark, cramped and stuffy. Even the tour guide’s endless tales of tragedy didn’t get me seeing ghosts. But it’s one of the top haunted sites in the country. And there’s also the Hotel Coronado. Blue lady for that one, I believe.
I live next to old kea mill and me and my friends hang out inside it a lot, we had seen a pale white figure walking towards us and we ran out, we started riding to old town (I was on a skateboard) and I looked back and saw the little girl in the top middle window laughing and waving.
Hi Guys, We are just discovering your channel. Love it! We will be watching so many of your adventures. We have done videos on some same places. We will strive to do them as nicely as you have!
Supposedly the Aztec Hotel in Monrovia, CA is haunted. It is on the original Route 66 and served as a hotel until it was converted into retail and a bar/pool hall space on the first floor, with office spaces on the second floor where the hotel rooms used to be. A sex worker died in one of the rooms upstairs and she can be heard laughing. I think someone else died in the former lounge that became a bar and pool hall, and has been seen after hours.
Great compilation, Bethany and Drew! Would you say that the famous Winchester House tops any or all of the five sites in this video? Do your future plans include a visit to Winchester House?
One thing that’s bothering me and I gotta address is this: Jack Parsons was NOT a follower of L. Ron Hubbard. If anything, it was the other way around. But…I definitely suggest looking into Parsons and learning more about his wild and innovative life
I’ve been to the last place on the list. It’s definitely a creepy place to go. Just be careful bc they will call the cops if you try going in or stick around for too long.
I should mention we did see the girl and it was a scary moment when we went. It was summer but felt ice cold and sick to our stomach we left immediately after
You literally read off so an online site about the most hyped up and most popular un haunted places. The problem I have with all 5 is the lack of actual evidence. Make a top 5 about real locations not popular ones. Glenn tavern/ Colorado st bridge/ Queen Mary/ I mean you might have just added a gravity hill or at least one of the 47 in Cali😂😂😂😂😂
I have been inside Los feliz Mansion! This was like 4-5 years ago . Door was opened so we went inside. It felt like someone was watching us . We didn’t stay too long in there since we were scared someone might see us and report us lol.
I think that’s the main obstacle to me doing any urbex… getting caught at it! By authorities, or worse…
In case you didn't know, there is a giant hole in the basement that you can fall into. Its about a 10 foot drop.
@@ahndeux I didnt know that. was this hole always there?

In my opinion the scariest place in southern CA is the gas station. $4.60 a gallon adds up quick
It's even scarier now because it hit $5.25 a gallon.
I dont know, the many zombies throughout LA beg to differ
The Pasadena suicide bridge should have been included and the Cecil hotel
I thought both were
Been to both, very eerie.
So glad you made a top 5! You have been to so many spooky places it’s great to see how you rank some of these. You guys are awesome!
