This song make the idea of having a partner, of faliing in love with someone is so calming and at peace, I have never had a lover, I grew up in an abusive household so affection and love is still something very strange and unfamiliar to me. I hope love is warm like sunshine, like a hug from my friends, or maybe give me a tingly feeling like when i see my fav food, and I hope I deserve it as much as I yearn for it

For everyone that were curious and asking for an update.. 5 days after I commented this, I indeed sang this song for him, it was romantic yet a sad memory for me now... he broke up with me last february because he said he'll focus in college... but promised that he will come back and even asked me to marry him after he graduated and then 1 month later I found out he's with another girl now..and I just found out 3 weeks or 4 weeks ago that he also cheated around december (thanks to that same girl's posts on IG) hahaha tragic, he didn't even treated me well during our relationship.. he suddenly showed his true colors right after I said yes.
But I'm doing well now, I was mad and disappointed at first but Laufey is here to back me up with her songs ♡ I hope he'll treat his new girl better..treat her like a queen..I was betrayed but I wish them well.

This performance is so intimate and lovely. I do not enjoy your performances with orchestra as much as this. Orchestras are so big and the little moments are lost.

I won't be surprised if one day a big star arise out of her. She has all the qualities of a superstar. It really makes me feel I'm in love again even if I'm already in the 60's. I loved her music and I'm not gettin' tired of listening to it. I'm lucky I discovered her and got the privilege of enjoying her music while I'm having the grand time of my life.
To be fair, she has 5 million monthly listeners on spotify, so she's not exactly a small artist. A small-er one in comparison to massive pop artists, but definitely not small at all. That's a pretty big audience actually. She's definitely an amazing artist though, and I'm glad I found her. I'm sure she'll only continue to grow as the years go on.
