My wedding is in October and I'm planning on making my own bouquet after watching your video. My color palette is inspired by succulents, especially the deep purples and plum colors like these!
I have been searching for so long for these empty 2-piece wire forms with no luck. Trying to figure out a way to build something comparable. This is stunning and sure would like to make one!
This would be beautiful as a Christmas decoration on the front door !!! I would love to do that and I believe I will soon although I live in a tropical country 🤔
Ah you are so cute at the end 😊 this type of sempervivum is what I have in my garden - I have creeping thyme, a couple of types of sempervivum, and several other alpine rockery creepers which create ground cover in my flower beds as neighbours cat is always digging holes in any uncovered soil in my beds xx
Hi Laura. I made my first living wreath yesterday. Thank you for this easy to follow video. I used hens and chicks from a pot on my deck. Certainly not new plants but second or third generation succulents. I had to clean leaves and cut roots and stems. Then I use the green pins to hold plants in place. My question is some of the pins went through the plant. Leaves and possibly roots. Will this kill the plant? I feel I might of been to rough in planting. I plan to not hang for 3-4 weeks. The soil was wet when planting so not going to water for a while. Well I hope everything will go okay. I just wanted to try something different with these adorable succulents. Thank you.
I think you should do a video on how you water the wreath even though you explained how its done ;) i like to try this sometime, you did a beautiful job
Question, why didn’t you use cocoa fiber in this wreath form? It seems it would stabilize the dirt and hold it in better? Which do you recommend for sunny year round climates (SD, CA), the living wreath you’ve demonstrated in past or the wreath form w/soil?
I just saw your video and looked on amazon and the wreath is filled with coco pete, so do you take it out? or do you hnow where I can get the one with nothing in it? tks love all your video's. Nicky
Great vid as always ! I have a question about tender succulent and freezing temp. Is there a way to salvage a Crassula Ovata that was forgotten outside for a night with temperature around 23°F ? The stems and leaves are all flaccid and bendy
patrick m lol don’t worry I took it down off the door in January. But haven’t tossed the foliage yet. It’s cold outside! Haha right now I have a grapevine wreath but nothing special. I think I’m flattered you noticed me in Laura’s comments. Haha 🌿❤️
Video Idea: The best/common annuals you can grow from seed easily instead of buy from a garden center. Ex: potato vines?? spikes?? I bought a seed starting kit but don't know what to grow!
So pretty. Totally of topic do you have a good place to buy a massive amount of tulip bulbs. I am getting married this fall and would like to give some away in gift bags. Thanks
Laura it’s beautiful! So far I’ve done many of your projects this is one I haven’t yet. But I’m about to. Could this work in a zone 8 In North Carolina? Love it!
That is a beautiful wreath. I live in a 6b zone and have been collecting sempervivum lately as they're the only succulents I can winter outdoors, so I love that wreath! About how many semps do you think you used to fill out that wreath? Thanks for sharing!
Snow? Oh, no! What happened to the pansies you planted on planters last week? Would they make it? I'm not lifting the dried leaves I left untouched on some spots afraid to expose the little guys that are already popping out of the ground. I'm in Catskills, NY, it's been very nice during the day but in the mid 30s at night so I'm afraid to uncover anything yet.
Hi Laura, I live in California and I just bought a hydrangea 3 days ago and one of the blooms is already dying, is this normal or should I be concerned? Thank you !!
Beautiful! Love the music as well!
As always...it turned out just beautiful!!!
Wow! How lovely! Do you still have this? An update would be great! X
That is definitely a beautiful wreath! You’re so talented- you’ve given me such inspiration, thank you!

I could see the snow falling in the background! How pretty! I cannot wait to see you be able to get outside and do garden tours
Beautiful wreath.
That is beautiful!! I live in NY. I’m glad there is some succulents that are outdoor hardy for the winter 😊
I have been searching for so long for these empty 2-piece wire forms with no luck. Trying to figure out a way to build something comparable. This is stunning and sure would like to make one!
Your are the best thank you so much for all your tips.
That is gorgeous, Laura! It's great to know there are more ways to enjoy these beautiful succulents. Amazing selection on the wreath!
So colorful and fluffy looking.
I love the trowel wreath hanger!!!
Looks great. Can't wait to see your vegetable garden plans.
Can you do an update on the wreath please thanks Laura. I would Ike t make my own. Love your work!
Pretty! Looks like it takes quite a bit of patience to make.
Please do a follow up with this a few months or a year down the line to see how it held up!
This would be beautiful as a Christmas decoration on the front door !!! I would love to do that and I believe I will soon although I live in a tropical country 🤔

Your projects always come out looking great! It would be fun to see some project fails! Make us feel better. 😅
Beautiful wreath!
this would work at my place. Thanks
Do your grow lights stay on 24/7 during the winter?
Love succulent projects
I haven’t even watched the video this is everything and then some.
Great vid as always ! I have a question about tender succulent and freezing temp. Is there a way to salvage a Crassula Ovata that was forgotten outside for a night with temperature around 23°F ? The stems and leaves are all flaccid and bendy
I would like to know how many plants you used in this ? I would really like to try this project
Looks very pretty x
Wouldn't it be better to use the pins to hold the moss in? Love the wreath!
Oh wow, this is beautiful!!! 💙
I totally want to do this!! I need to change out my winter Christmas living wreath and this would be perfect! Xo

Do you ship succulents I'm trying to start into them and I'm super obsessed with black and colorful varieties I want to do the dream catcher wreath
Off topic question Laura, do you turn off your grow lights at night?
yes, i think she said she leaves it on 12-14 hours per day
Beautiful! Love it!

4:22 Bundt cake!😂
Love it!!! Will try to make one soon ;)
About how many total plants did you use to make this wreath?
No matter which succulents you use, sempervivum or echeveria, won't they start to grow upward once you hang that?
Hi Laura, I live in California and I just bought a hydrangea 3 days ago and one of the blooms is already dying, is this normal or should I be concerned? Thank you !!
Jose Gutierrez probobly chocked. Happends quite often with hydrangea. They can be worst than diva mariah Carey.
Anna Bratt thank you
Love it! Laura, I noticed a plant in the back with almost curly bright green leaves - what is it called? Here’s a screenshot I snapped. Thanks!
I love this, but it seems like a project like this can cost a lot of money. Any suggestions to make it more affordable?
Love it
love it
Would love to try this but the cost would be VERY expensive....
Love it!!
You started to answer how many succulents you used. Don’t think I heard the answer. Thanks.
🍀⭐️great🍀⭐️
Could you do a video on how to prevent your succulents from stretching? Mine always stretch no matter how much sun they get. please
I love succulents because of you but very often I manage to kill them.
Beautiful project as always! I can it is still snowing as you film this. The camera is picking it up through the window behind you.

👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼❤️👏🏼
In Australia this would cost like $150 ha ha
Liked this video after hearing "hardy succulents" lol...
Did anyone else think they were pine cones?
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️❤️
OMG..$3.99 for a succulent that big. Local big box store is selling them for $8.
I have to say the color is a bit of a downer... 🤪
This a pricey diy.
Beautiful! 💚💚💚
Beautiful!
