Tahun pertama saya kerja full-time tahun 2017 dengan gaji permulaan RM2.5k. Saya dapat increment 2 kali dalam masa 12 bulan pertama dari RM2.5k -> RM3k -> RM4k pada akhir tahun. I raise isu gaji ni bila ada peluang 1-on-1 with my boss, and it works!
Bos Faiz, bos lupa satu force yg bos lupa yg boleh bagi kesan; market force. Mungkin orang tu "tak layak" nak dapat lebih gaji dari apa yang dia dapat, tapi kalau dia satu2nya orang yang buat kerja tu dan ada risiko orang "poach" sebab skill existing dia diperlukan di luar, jangan terkejut la kalau dia diambil oleh orang luar. Belajarlah dari kesilapan MAS, jangan biarkan talented people pergi just because dia "tak layak" di mata majikan. Sama dengan belah pekerja, kalau ada majikan lain yang nampak "kelayakan" dia lagi tinggi, masa untuk berangkatlah.
1 lagi faktor penting adalah persekitaran ekonomi... Saya asal Sabah, gaji rendah walaupun ada degree di Kota Kinabalu ... Lepas bekerja di Kuala Lumpur, sedikit baik tapi masih lagi kurang memuaskan... Lepas masuk Singapura, baru betul2 rasa penat tu berbaloi walaupun sebenarnya kerja yang kita lakukan tu lebih kurang sama... So kesimpulannya, migrate la ke tempat yang lebih menghargai skill anda... Kembali ke Malaysia bila anda mampu membangunkan bisnes atau untuk bersara sahaja...
Pengalaman masuk Public Bank under Management Training (MT) utk non-sale position.Starting Rm3.6k after 1 year confirmation letter keluar gaji ada adjustment jadi Rm4.1k.So blh la cuba apply ambik under management training dlm company2 and kena perform masa period tu.Goodluck guys
Pada pendapat saya, akibat gaji rendah para graduan adalah akibat dari sistem "Meritokrasi" untuk kemasukan IPTA. Masuk IPTA atas kuota tanpa kebolehan tanpa persaingan maka hasilnya adalah graduan yg kurang fit utk industri kerjaya. The truth is bitter.

@@FinancialFaizpersonally I don't see the need of driving nice cars for sales & marketing to land on a good paying job. Yes car is first impression, especially for a BMW salesman but confidence is much more important during interview and negotiating your salary.

I’ve already identified a few of my employees who I plan to bring on as business partners. I can’t do everything on my own-I need trusted people to help run my other businesses.
