Before I forget to ask, can you do a walk-through of that word deck the one that you have to print off? I have been meaning to check it out but I can't remember the name. I had to look up what an ampersand was lol 😂 I do enjoy the conversation on black and white, rigid, all or nothing thinking. I kind of think that it's the unhealthy patriarchy since the masculine likes well defined, rigidity then that must mean there must be a Yes *or* No, Right *or* Wrong, no in-between. I live with my Dad and he is very authoritarian, black or white and it's hard to deal with that because the world is more complex than that. Many times I have to just say "ok" just to move on. Social media is definitely an issue. The Art of Living is on my wishlist but I do have How to Have A Life An Ancient Guide to Using Our Time Wisely by Seneca. I also have How to Keep Your Cool An Ancient Guide to Anger Management by Seneca. I also have Meditations. Lollllll For YEARS I have been thinking of when I move out I'm going to go no contact with my Dad. Now that my Mom has died...maybe a phone call here and there. Hopefully we can start family therapy but ultimately it's up to him to change. In AZ if you want to graduate HS you must take a government class. In that class we take a test to see where we stand on the spectrum. I was either 82% or 87% left. I retook it about y years ago and still same answer and I've been thinking of retaking it to see if I've changed in any direction. I definitely need to still work on nuance. Most of the time I hate the stay in your lane/mind your own business.
What deck? I'm not sure which you're talking about. Your commentary is enlightening as always, Dylan. We have to take a government class here too. We didn't test but that sounds interesting. I feel you on contemplating non-contact. As sad as it is, sometimes we must to be able to live anxiety free for a while (at least in my case)... I hope whatever you choose, its what's best for you!
@@LennanSmith I believe each card has one word on it, and each card is a different color and when you got it the creators offered it as a physical product but then went to print outs. I swear it was you that had the deck but if not I'm sorry. Thank you Lennan 😊
Without nuance, I swear it feels like I'm living in an AI cited world. Slowly loosing my intellectual choice to challenge the BS being spoon fed to me. Great conversation as always 😊
🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤 love this! I sat doodling while listening before the video ended. Indeed this was interesting, thank you 🙏💜🙏
Oh, I'm so happy to know we doodled together. We we're in a doodle date!
You are a magical being in black and white & colour!
Awe, thank you. 🥰😘
I love your brain and the way you express ideas. This has been a pleasure to watch and ponder along with you ❤️🔥
Thanks, Joanna. 🖤🤍
