I used to work full time as a Sr. Front End Web Developer (I quit this job), & part-time as an adjunct professor teaching web development at a local university (I kept this job - I like teaching!). Some of those designs are good.
If there's no trademark. I checked some of them. The trademark is either dead, or it have been canceled.
Once it's dead, anyone can use it freely.
LyricLife is a AMOD partner. They represent the songwriters of these songs. The infringing ones / copycats are those that mention the artists famous for performing the songs
I was monitoring some of the designs that have that USA Games 2024. Whoever uploaded them has taken almost 4 pages with good BSR under 100K for some, and all shirts were on either 21.99 or 19.99. But one day I looked it up to start designing my tees and IT WAS GONE, the whole brand name with lots of designs, and reviews and good bsrs is gone. Just keep your account safe guys. I would not go for the Olympics topic if I were you. (I mean I wanted to, but not anymore)
You need to avoid doing "country + sport" ... Team USA removes designs that infringe on their IP.

@@danimotherofchickens479 That USA swimming shirt has already been removed multiple times, but the seller keeps uploading it again. For every Country + Sport designs you see, there are dozens more that have already been removed.
Most of those designs were not good in my humble opinion. It's kind of frustrating to people who spend time making good designs that go unnoticed. I wonder how easy it is to get the rights to popular song lyrics??
