    Congratulations! What a beautifully designed house. I love the combination of wood and steel. The interiors look very cozy with tons of natural light. And that outdoor space!     While the intent ng owners is to make something with Japanese-aesthetics, the house exemplifies more of the Philippine modern aesthetic. Usually cost, material availability and weather will eventually change the Japanese intent of most owners. It is very expensive in the Philippines to build something considered as a middle-class design in Japan.

      not unless kung indigenous ka and less than 15 sq.mts. based from National Bldg Code, no need for permit.
