  • This is the newest video of the series of what I call the What's New Wednesday videos, where I will show you what I have purchased for my HO/OO scale model train layout that I am building.
In Today's video, I show you Part 2 of 3 videos showing what I scored from a Deceased Estate deal I made locally in Williamstown (my home town) via Marketplace. This video is repaired as the previous upload was faulty and has now been fixed.
Follow along and see my non-prototypical layout progress and find out what new items I have purchased for my layout, especially new second-hand model locomotives.
I am based in Melbourne Australia.
Please remember Model Trains are all about the fun and enjoyment we get from running model trains.... for kids of all ages.
NO Passengers, Conductors or Drivers were harmed in the making of this video.
    Thanks for watching.
    Tim.
If you enjoyed this video please like, comment and subscribe to see more videos as I make and upload them.
My videos are made on my Samsung S6 & S21 mobile phones, usually with the S6 on my DIY made stand which you can see in a previous video I made.
My videos are edited with the OpenShot Video Editor program which is Opensource (free to everyone) www.openshot.org/download/

    Nice haul.
When you look at bundles, carry a 9v battery in your pocket.
Use the battery to test the locos and carriage lights.
It should be enough power to turn wheels.
If it doesn't then you have grounds to negotiate price. 👍
    Happy Modelling.

Hi Mons.. I forgot to take one with me but I usually do that. After filming this episode I checked them all and they all work, which was a bonus.

3:00 On that bogie type the pickups are always included so that is no indication of it having lights fitted
3:41 The top one is a French OCEM and the bottom one is an attempt at a Belgian Type K (with the OCEM body)
5:38 That one should have lights as the mounting pin was replaced by a conductive screw
26:02 Fleischman P8 'euro black', dressed up as a Dutch class 3800. These are easy to repair and even with the rust it looks quite salvageable.
