The Summer of 1996 - Short SM64 romhack

(low-end is for devices that are old/not-powerful)
For those of you coming from Simpleflips' romhack competition 11, the version used there was 1.2, 1.2.1 was mostly fixes for low end and console version. Versions before 1.2 were versions I threw around on discord servers to some people. Those versions got version numbers retroactively so I don't know what on my computer is what version barring file dates. 1.3.1 (and 1.3) contain a number of fixes detailed in the readme.

the model in the normal version is kazes skinned mario (a tweak in rom manager) while the console and low end version is fast64's low poly mario model, fast64 is linked in the hacking documentation button in the help tab of rom manager
