What are the tax implications with IRS to using a payroll service because you have to pay Income tax and Medicare and all that stuff so how do you explain that to IRS at tax time that you didn't really get paid? I don't get it? People are hyped but don't think about that and will be surprised and get pinched at tax time or get audited. Let's explain this fully and not leave out stuff that could get you in trouble if you don't know what's really going on.
that part. you have to be careful with all this "free sauce" mess around and be in a serious hole.
I also was surprised when they didn’t mention the tax part, you have to pay lots of income tax and state taxes when you do payroll, 9k will be about 2k in taxes. If you do this 3x it will be 6k, it might be worth paying the 6k to some to get more business funding but you have the right credit profile to take full advantage.
@Peter K You make a valid point however, depending on how people w-9 is set up people might have an underpayment and may need to come with an extra money but even if they don't pay anything and get a refund it's still about 22% minus the refund that they get for taking money off card. That's steep. Might as well get a cash advance, I don't know.

They're saying to use ADP, and that we can pay ourselves through ADP giving those paystub's,, the three month paystub's, the banks, look for, need in order for them to turn around and fund us For much bigger projects! Totally legal! And then we can pay ourselves with our business credit cards and pay back the business credit cards at the same time will have the three months of documentation so to apply with for other projects and funding... ??????

For a mortgage, will they will run an audit to see if the paystubs and W2 match the IRS transcript? And… what if you create income (pay yourself) but didn’t make any money. How does that affect your taxes?

for the refinance example question instead of trying to refinance in your personal credit, wouldnt it be better to transfer all debt into your business so the debt is gone from your personal credit? then refinance under bank statement?
