    Rashedah just gave away the whole credit game for free! It took me 1-2 years of trial and error fking up my credit and buying courses to learn all of this information. Plus I learned some new stuff from her. Thank you MG, Tukes, and Rashedah for this treasure chest of gems. Shedah 3!

    I’m so glad I virtually stumbled on this channel! My husband and I have one more month of childcare!!! GLORYYYYYYYYYY and both kiddos will be in elementary!!! For those who want to know: $110,000 was invested in childcare for the last 10 years, soooo now…… no childcare and no car note, we are being aggressive with our CC debt and start saving saving even more aggressively for a home! I needed this video, thank you !

    • @stldweller
      @stldweller ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Do it save aggressively, budget accurately, and stick to that budget.Audit your budget🎉 intermittently. It’s basically the same plan Dave Ramsey has named his own.

      I’m so happy my childcare ended as well. That’s $800 a month that we can put somewhere else. Any week that she comes early and stays late, the price is $112.00.

    Heres a gem. If you a newbie on credit and are only being offered low amounts like $300 lines of credit or if your rebuilding credit you can use a secured card and deposit $10,000. you will automitically get that amount in credit once the trial period is over and ger that $10000 you deposited back. This will help you increase you other lines when you go after other credit cards.

    • @StanOnDemand
      @StanOnDemand 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The max credit line you can get on a secured credit card is $5,000. And you can’t get a secured card on a business account

    Lots of great credit card information especially for beginners. Many people who talk about them don't explain it clearly like she did. It's awesome that she is/was a math teacher. Hopefully she was able to share her financial literacy with her students.

    hello Matt, I've followed you and your very knowledgeable guests for the past year and wanted to say your videos has helped me get approved yesterday 9-8-23 for AmEx Plum, Platinum, Gold and Blue cash for my business. My next goal is to duplicate this on my personal side starting 1st qtr. next 2024. I want to focus on warming up my current AmEx cards with gradual monthly charges. starting off at $1,000, then gradually increase each month by $1,000 so as not to alert the AmEx police. Bronx, NYC

    Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

      The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. My husband and I are retiring this year with over $7,000,000 in tax deferred investments. up until 3 years ago we were 100% in the S&P. During bear markets we had a perfect plan. We got an investment manager in our corner and didn’t look at our portfolio for nearly a year.

    Buy vending machines, atms, self wash car washes or real estate such as tiny homes or cheap mobile homes. The idea is you are using your credit to make you money. If you are a compulsive spender please do not take out large amounts of credit. Save and invest in stocks or real estate.

    • @bossladya3268
      @bossladya3268 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You did it wrong!!!! so 1st did you get approved with Amex? and is it reporting on your CR? You need to pull your CR and see what’s reporting from which lender! As she said All three Credit B’s are different companies. Amex usually pulls from experian but report to all three once established after 40-60 days of a new line of credit being open. call experian directly.
      Run this play!
      If you applied but got denied but now have one injury call experian up ask for the retention department. Once connected give your info and say You noticed an unauthorized inquiry on your report and was wondering if they could help with removal. They will ask for the lender and date! (Here’s the 💎) if it’s not an existing reporting account on your CR. They will delete. Now if Amex approved you and is now reporting the Tradeline on your account you unfortunately have to wait the 2 years for it to drop off
