Pentagonal plane inclined to both the HP and VP

In this video , i will explain, how you can draw projection of a pentagonal plane inclined to both the HP & VP.
Solution of the problem is divided into three stages
Stage 1: plane is assumed parallel to HP and perpendicular to VP.
Stage 2: corner on HP and side opposite to the corner is raised 35 mm from the HP.
Stage 3: The side opposite to the corner is inclined with an angle of 45 degrees to the VP

Sir I just have one doubt, after we get the top view and for inclination with respect to VP can I take the distance of the corner tip and opposite edge mid point or it's a must only edge should be inclined

A pentagonal lamina of edges 30 mm is resting on HP with one of its sides, such that surface makes an angle of 60° worth HP.The edge on which it rests in indined at 45° to VP. Draw it's projections,
